Our human did not wish for a castle, amansion, a manor, or even a huge homewith many unnecessary rooms. He simply

wished for a basic residence that.(could never be taken away, for any reason),where he could raise and educate his family.H is wish was in no way contrary towhat is now currently known as

another fairy tale, with thetitle of:..

But ***The American Dream*** had somehow beendiminished to the degree that for many it had becomemore of anightmare. They would work for many,

to obtain a place they could call home andsuddenly! found out that such home was constantly threatened by

human frailties such as illness, bad luck,

procrastination, depression, accidents, acts of nature

One fine day;..The FAIRY GOODFATHER OF

FREE-AND-CLEAR,Appeared in his dreams and bestowed upon

him a magic wand that if waved in a

circular motion in the direction of every

cardinal point of our universe, a powerful

spell would be cast upon the earth.

Such powerful spell would open the mindseyes of every human, and possibly that ofany extraterrestrial in the universe, to the

fact that, every problem in the universe can

have fruitful solutions if looked at and

experimented from many different angles,

and with intelligence, unselfishnessand wisdom.(specially the problem of fair housing for all)

P olitics, government forms, or otherphilosophies, would not interfere or would be

interfered upon by such a powerful spell,

because the only thing sought by the spell

was, the benefitof habitat for humanity.(Darn humans! Our human pondered,)w e seem to live such short lives!

(Why not help each other to make our lives

as pleasant as possible while we are on

SINCE THE DARK AGES MAN HAS MADE fantabulous ACHIEVEMENTS, DISCOVERIES, AND ADVANCES IN: SOCIAL

relationships, LIGTENING FAST TRAVEL AND COMUNICATIONSWE HAVE TRAVELLED TO OUTER SPACE AND ARE ABLE TO SEE

THROUGH SPACE TELLESCOPES FAR BACK IN TIME AND SPACE.

One field where we are still stuck in the middle ages, the dark ages is the field

of home ownership where we are still based on landlords and tenants, where the

tenant/serf is still supposed to work for the feudal lord/landlord, for an entire

lifetime only to acquire the right to own a place to call home

The American Dream

We must end this landlord/tenant syndrome; of course in general the landlord has changed faces becoming these commercial, faceless, financial giants we call

banks and mortgage companies.

This fairytale proposes a complete change of such system to a new system where

there are only tenants, where no landlords are wanted or needed.

This whole change will represent a peaceful and bloodless revolution where a

gradual, civilized, change that will have several side effects whose effect will be a

general benefit to humanity as a whole.

be, the procurement of a home -as-residence-only, for everyone.The whole system is based on a firstcome first served basis with no otherconsideration; Fame wealth or evenappearance and influence are noneexistent in this method of distribution.

Once this residence enters such method of

possession, not ownership, it can not benegotiated, ever again , in the real estatemarket, as a source, of greed, envy or method ofwealth building but it will only serve as a

residence, to its tenants, as long as the

residents/tenants wish to reside there, it can

also be bestowed to family and heirs but only as

a source of residence (not a source of monetarygain.)

The residents are free to move within the

system as other residences become available and

able to be traded on a one to one basis,without consideration to size, location or

general desirability of either residence. It is a

one to one tradeagreed upon by interestedparties.

(Remember there is no longer monetary value,to this residence but only residential value)

Residential value in the FairyGodfathers best judgment isimmensely greater than monetaryvalue. So there!

The administration of such system of

residence will be run by a non-profit

organization, whose only function will be, inreality, to supervise the smooth transition of a

resident, from one residence to another with in

the system, or to the distribution of new

residences to new tenants entering the system.

This organization will in no way make rules as

to how to live or who should move ore not move

into the neighborhood. It will just simplysupervise who is next in the list or line of

succession. Most residents, The FairyGodfather imagines, will want to keep theircurrent residence.

The assignment of residences will be done

strictly on a first come first served basis.

The trading of residences will be done strictlyon the will of the tenants involved in the

transaction and supervised by the non-profit

organization to assure a smooth transition.

residences: PartAand partB.Part A of distribution

A percentage of the fund can be used to help

tenants with some maintenance and legal issues

as needed.

Since this is a new way to approach tenancy

of a home, creative ideas for the improvement of

such system will be incorporated as long as no

financial pressure is put on the residence or the

tenant.

No rules, that are different from the existing

city codes, shall be imposed upon the tenants, by

the (Autonomous) non-profit organization as acondition of tenancy.

I find that there is a need for the elimination

of red tape and obstacles, in order to simply

have a place in which to dwell, therefore I

propose that there will be no requirements of

payment or financial obligation related to

mortgage or rent of any kind, in order to belongto this system.

The only requirement is to be a human being

that will use this (property that nobody owns,)only as a base in which to reside and to work

from.

The (Autonomous) non-profit organization

that administrates this system of dwelling is also

not allowed to serve as an organization ofownership that will use the housing acquired as

a form of commerce. It will hold all trust deeds

or deeds of ownership, in the name of the

residents only as a depository, not as a

proprietor, until a new system for recording

properties is devised. (There is no longerownership of real property but ownership of

residence for a unspecified period of time.)

In very few words we all own only the

privilege of having a place to live in, free and

clear of the typical encumbrances that are present in our current way of trading in real-

estate. Taxes and insurance still apply and to be

paid by the resident.

In order to disassociate this way of thinking

about property with any form of politics or way

of government, we must explain this

***Idea*** as a simple fairy tale that cansome day come true, provided that enough

people are spellbound by its message and are

thus willing to embrace it.

oOne must be careful to realize that this isonly a fairy tale and that any

resemblance to our current reality is

merely a coincidence, therefore one must

not have a cow, get over exited,assume that this is a plot to rule theworld, or even have any worries aboutit.
