1. Online Register
1.1 Apply to Online Register
1. Online register ျပလပရနအတြက UAB တြင ဘဏစာရငးရရမည။
2. “Are you new?” ကႏပပါ။
1.1.1 Online Register by Existing bank account
1. UAB Bank Account (or) Credit Card တစခရရမသာ Online Register ျပလပႏငမညျဖစသည။

2. Select Type တြင Account Number (or) Credit card ေရြးႏငသည။
3. User ID တြင မမအသးျပလေသာနာမညအားျဖညသြငးရမည။ Space မပါ ငရပါ။
4. Select Type ၌ A/C အားေရြးခယခပါကA/C numberရကထညေပးရမည။ Credit card ေရြးထားပါက Card
number ရကထည႕ပါ။
5. Date of Birth ေနရာတြင A/C ဖြငခစဥ ေပးခသညအတငးေရြးခယေပးရမည။
6. Continue ႏပၿပးလင မမစာရငးဖြငစဥကျဖညသြငးခေသာဖနးနပါတသ႔ OTP Message ေပးပပါလမမည။

1. မမဖနးသ႔ ငလာေသာ OTP ကOne Time Password ေနရာတြင ရကထညေပးရမည။
2. Continueက ႏပပါ။

4. Success ျဖစလင မမ Email သ႔ User ID ႏင Password ပါေသာ PDF ဖင ေပးပ႔ပါလမမည။ PDF ဖငကဖြငရန
Password ေနရာတြင မမ၏ Date of Birth အားထညသြငးေပးရမည။ (Format e.g. “DDMMYY” 01Jan1990).
Space မပါဝငရပါ။
5. PDF တြင ပါရေသာ User ID ႏင Password ျဖင United Amara Bank Mobile Banking တြင အသးျပႏငမည
ျဖစသည။

1. User Name ထညပါ။။
2. Password ထညပါ။။
3. Username ကမတထားခငလင Remember Username box ကအမနျခစျခစေပးပါ။
4. Login In က ႏပပါ။
5. ရက (၉) တငး Password ေျပာငးရန အၾကေပးစာေပၚလာပါလမမည။
6. OK က ႏပပါ။

***Passwordကေအာကပါစညးကမးခကမားအတငးပါဝငဖြ႕စညးေပးမည။***
1. ေျပာငးလလေသာ Password သည အနညးဆး၅လး ႏင အမားဆး ၂ ထက မပရပါ။
2. Alphabet Letter (eg. abcde….), Number (eg. 12345….) ႏင Special Characters (eg.
@&!#$....)တ႔ပါ ငရမည။
3. User ID အားလး မပါ ငရပါ။
4. Space မပါ ငရပါ။
5. New Password သည ယခငက အသးျပခေသာ Password မားႏင မတညရပါ။
Change Sign In Password
1. ကယပင Password ျပလပရန Log In Password အသစျပလပေပးရမည။
2. Current Log In Password ေနရာတြင မမ Email သ႕ ငလာေသာ Password ကျဖညသြငးေပးရမည။
3. New Log In Password ေနရာတြငအသစေျပာငးလအသးျပလေသာPasswordအသစအား ျဖညေပးရမည
4. Confirm New Log In Password ေနရာတြင New Log In Password အားထပမျဖညသြငးေပးရမည။
5. Submit button ကႏပပါ။
6. Change Password Success Message ေဖာျပမည။
7. Password အသစျဖင Mobile Banking အားျပနလညအသးျပႏငမညျဖစသည။
8. Login >> UAB Mobile Banking Account အား Login ဝငရာတြင User Name ႏင Password
တ႔ကမနကနစြာရကထညရနလအပပါသည။ User Name (or) Password တ႔ကမားရကပါက Error Message

ကေတြ႔ရမညျဖစသည။User Name (or) Password ငါးႀကမမားရကမပါက Account လျခေရးအတြက System မ
Account အား Lock ျပလပမညျဖစပါသည။ Lock ကသြားလင uab bank call center သ႔ အေၾကာငးၾကား၍
Unlock ျပလပရမညျဖစပါသည။(ပစတက စစဥထားေသာ ကယေရးအခကအလက စစစမႈျပလပသည
ကလကခရမည။)
2.5 Touch ID
1. Log In ငၿပးလင “Biometric Register ျပလပလပါသလား” ဟေသာ Message ေပၚလာမည။
2. Yes ႏပလင Biometric Register လပရန screen ေပၚလာမည။မမလကေဗြကဖနး၏ sensor ပါေသာေနရာတြင
လကေဗြႏပလင Success Message ေပၚလာမည။
3. ၿပၤးပါက fingerprint အသးျပကာဝငေရာကႏငမညျဖစသည။ Finger print ျဖင Login ငႏငသည။ (သ႔မဟတ)
Password ျဖငလညး Login ငႏငသည။ မမ fingerprint ျဖင Login လပခငပါက fingerprint logo
ေပၚဖလကပါ။ ၿပးေနာကမမ၏ဖနး၏ fingerprint sensor ေပၚတြင မမသကဆငရာလကေဗြကဖႏပျခငးျဖင login
ဝငႏငမညျဖစသည။
4. Cancel ႏပလင My Account Dashboard ေပၚလာမည။

2.6 Forgot Password
1. Password ေမသြားခလင Log In Page တြင “Forgot Username or Password?” ကႏပ၍ Password
အသစေတာငးႏငသည။
2. I forgot my Password ကေရြးခယရမည။
3. Username တြင မမ User ID ကထည၍ Continue ႏပပါ။
4. OTP ကထည၍ Continue ႏပပါ။
5. New Password & Confirm Password ျဖညသြငး၍ Continue ႏပရမည။

6. မမအသးျပေသာ User Name ေမသြားခလင “I forgot my Username” အားႏပပါ။ အသးျပသ၏
ကယေရးအခကအလကမားျဖညရန Form ေပၚလာပါလမမည။ ၄ငး Form အား ျဖညစြကျပးလင “Submit” က
ႏပျခငးျဖင ေလာကထားႏငပါသည။

A/C to A/C Transfer ျပလပရနအတြက Left Burger Menu ထမ Funds Transfer သ႔ ငရမည။
Left Burger Menu > Funds Transfer
1. From Account က ႏပ၍ မမေငြလႊမည account ကေရြးခယေပးရမည။
2. မမေငြလႊလကခေသာ Account က Select Account Icon v မေရြးခယေပးရမည။ ၿပးလင
မမေငြလႊလကခလေသာ Account သည သကဆငရာ Account Icon ပစသ႕ ေျပာငးလသြားမည။
3. လႊမညေငြပမာဏက Amount textbox (MMK) တြင ရကထညရမည။
4. Remarks တြင Transfer လပရေသာအေၾကာငးအရာကျဖညသြငးႏငသည။(eg. Pay back of last month
borrowing from Aye Aye)
5. Schedule this Transfer က ON ထားလငမမလႊေျပာငးလသညအခါတငးအလအေလာက လႊေျပာငးေပးသည။
6. Payment Type တြင လပေဆာငမညပစကေရြးပါ။
Select the format Payment Type.
One Time (တစႀကမသာ)
Recurring (အျကမျကမလပေဆာငရန )
7. Recurring>>Frequency တြင (Daily,Every N Days,HalfYearly,Monthly and Quarterly) ကေရြးပါ။ Date
(dd/MM/yyyy) တြင ေငြလႊစတငလပေဆာငမညေန႔ (ရက၊လ၊ႏစ) ကေရြးခယရမည။(Back Date ျဖင
ျပလပ၍မရပါ။)
8. Recurring>>Installments တြငလပေဆာငမညအႀကမအေရအတြကကသတမတႏငသည။
သတမတထားသည Date တြင Auto စာရငးလႊေျပာငးေပးမည။ (eg. Date တြင (1) ရကေန႔ က
ၾကတငေရြးခယၿပး Installments တြင 12 ၾကမေရြးကာ Frequency တြင Monthly
ေရြးခယပါကမမေငြလႊလေသာ Saving Plan A/C အား (1) ရကေန႔တငး (12) လေပးသြငးမည။)
9. Click to Continue Button ႏပၿပးလင မမဖနးသ႔ OTP Message ေပးပ႔ပါလမမည။
10. Confirm Your Transfer Message ေပၚလာလင OTP Code ထည၍ Confirm Button ႏပရမည။

2. ေငြလႊလကခလေသာ Account က Select Payee logo တြင ေရြးခယေပးရမည။
ေငြလႊလကခလေသာAccount သည ပထမအႀကမျဖစပါကAccount Number ကအရငရကထည႔၍ ထ Account
သည register လပထားျခငးမရပါက “Do you want to save this payee?” checkbox က
အမနျခစေပးပါ။ေနာကတစခါ ထ account ထသ႕ ေငြလႊလပါက Select payee ထတြင
အလြယတကေရြးခယႏငသည။
3. လႊမညေငြပမာဏကAmount textbox (MMK) တြင ရကထညရမည။
4. Remarks Transfer လပရေသာအေၾကာငးအရာကျဖညသြငးႏငသည။ (eg. Recurring Payment)
5. Click to Continue Button ႏပၿပးလင မမဖနးသ႔ OTP Message ေရာကရလမမည။
6. Confirm Your Transfer Message ေပၚလာလင OTP Code ထည၍ Confirm Button ႏပရမည။
(မတခက။ ။ Within UAB A/C (Recurring) ျပလပလလင အထကတြငေဖာျပခသည Own UAB A/C (Recurring)

4.3 Pay Bills
မမတ႔ ေပးေဆာငလေသာ Bills မားကသကဆငရာ Service Provider ေအာကတြင Service မားကေရြးခယ၍ Biller က
One Time Payment ျပလပၿပးေပးေခႏငသည။
1. Supplier Payment ႏင အျခား Bill ေပးေဆာငမႈကျပလပႏငသည။
2. Pay Billsကႏပပါ။
3. Bill ေပးေဆာငလသည Service provider ကေရြးခယၿပး icon က ႏပပါ။ Supplier Payment
မားအားလးသည Other (ဥပမာ- Aeon , OK$, etc….) ေအာကတြငပါရသည။
4. လအပေသာ အခကအလကမားအားျဖညပါ။

6. ေပးေဆာငလသည Service Provider Register ျပလပၿပးလင
မမေပးေဆာငလသည Account Number အားေရြးခယပါ။
မမေပးေဆာငရမည Supplier Payment Account အားေရြးခယပါ။ ေပးေဆာငမညေငြပမာဏက amount textbox (MMK) တြင ရကထညရမည။ Remarksတြင Bill ေဆာငရေသာအေၾကာငးအရာကျဖညသြငးႏငသည။(eg. 1st Installment) Confirm Your Payment Message ေပၚလာလင OTP Code ထည၍ Confirm Button ႏပရမည။

2. Complete ျဖစထားသည မမလႊေျပာငးထားေသာစာရငးမားအားCOMPLETEတြင ဝငေရာကၾကညရႈႏငပါသည။
3. မမလႊေျပာငးထားသည စာရငးမားUncompleted ျဖစလငINCOMPLETEတြင ဝငေရာကၾကညရႈႏငပါသည။

9. About App > UAB Mobile Banking Application ၏ အခကအလက ကၾကည႔ရရန
4.9 Mails
ညာဖကေထာငရပ အားႏပလင Signoutေပၚလာမည။
Mail ထသ႕ဝငေရာကရန Mail logoက ႏပပါ။
1. Inbox > ဘဏမ ျပနလညေပးပ႔ေသာ E-mail ကၾကညရႈႏငသည။
2. Sent Mail >မမေပးပ႔လကသည Email မားက ၾကညရႈႏငသည။
3. Trash >မမပယဖကလကေသာE-mailမားက Trash တြငျပနလညၾကညရႈနငသည။
4. Broadcast Messages >ဘဏမ Customer သ႔ ေပးပ႔လကသည Message မားက ၾကညရႈႏငသည။
5. Compose Mail > Mail ၏ ညာဘကေအာကေထာငရအမတအသား ကႏပ၍ ဘဏသ႔ Email
ေပးပ႔ႏငသည။

5. နးစပရာ ဘဏခြမား၊ ATM မားက ရာေဖြျခငး
နးစပရာ ဘဏခြမား၊ATM မားအား ရာေဖြလပါက မမ၏ဖနးတြင GPS က ဖြငထားေပးရမညျဖစသည။
- Menu setting ေပၚရ icon အား ႏပပါ။
- Branch & ATM Screen သ႔ ေရာကရသြားမညျဖစသည။
- Branch ေအာကတြင မမနင အနးဆးျဖစေသာ ဘဏခြလပစာ မားက ျပသမညျဖစသည
- ATM က ႏပလကပါက မမႏင အနးဆးျဖစသည ATM လပစာမားက ျပသမညျဖစသည
- မမရာေဖြလေသာ ဘဏခြအမညမားက Search box တြင ရကထည၍ ရာေဖြနငသည
