Il sistema, unità generatrice di pressione gas in foto, è concepita per mettere a disposizione una pressione massima di 75 bar con azoto (N2).Una volta inseriti i parametri di collaudo dal touch screen PLC, l’unità è avviata e il booster, il cui rapporto è di 15:1, moltiplica la pressione del circuito 15 volte la pressione d’aria compressa applicata. Nel caso di mancato cedimento del compenente in prova, al raggiungimento della pressione impostata, il circuito si arresta e lo scarico deve essere e�ettuato manualmente.

Unità simili, cambiando il booster, possono essere realizzate �no a pressione massima di 2000 bar.

The system, gas pressure intensi�er unit, in the photo, has been engineered to provide maximum pressure of 75 bar wit nitrogen (N2).Once all test parameters have been inputted via PLC touch screen, the unit is started and booster, ratio 15:1, multiplies the circuit pressure 15 times applied drive air pressure. Once test piece bursts, the unit will stop and drain automatically the pressure, the data is saved to an USB key. In case you reach set pressure (higher than theoretical burst pressure), after reaching set test time, the circuit will stop automatically and it must be drained manually.

Similar unit, by changing the gas booster, can be manufactured up to 2000 bar maximum pressure.

Il sistema, unità generatrice di pressione gas in foto, è concepita per mettere a disposizione una pressione massima di 700 bar con azoto (N2). Una volta impostati i parametri di caricamento (tempo, rampa, pressione), l’unità è avviata ed il gas booster, rapporto 100:1, moltiplica la pressione del circuito 100 volte la pressione d’aria compressa regolata dalla valvola proporzionale. La linea di aria compressa è anche limitata con valvola di massima settata a 7 bar. A caricamento avvenuto del componente, la pressione è scaricata automaticamente.

The system, gas booster unit, in the photo, has been engineered to provide. Once the customer inputs charging parameters (time, ramp, pressure), the unit is switched on and gas booster, ratio 100:1, multipliers the circuit pressure 100 times drive air pressure regulated by proportional valve. Drive airline is also limited with air safety valve set at 7 bars. Once component has been charged, the pressure is automatically released.

Applicazione: Fornire un sistema di collaudo e caricamento cilindri con azoto �no a 700 bar completo di valvole pilotate on/o� pressione minima/massima a monte/valle, valvola di massima e valvola di emergenza. Il sistema deve essere integrato con il PLC e il circuito del cliente e quindi fornito completo di elettrovalvole e regolatore proporzionale di pressione.

Application: Supply a system for testing and charging nitrogen gas cylinders up to 700 bars complete of on/o� air pilot valves for minimum/maximum pressure upstream/downstream – safety- and emergency valve. System must be integrated with customer PLC and circuit and is therefore supplied complete of proportional and electro-valves.

Il sistema è progettato per trasferire e caricare accumulatori direttamente dalle bombole o da un sistema di generazione ossigeno (pressione minima d’ingresso 20 bar - 300 psi).L’unità garantisce la pressurizzazione da 124 (1800 psi) a 238 bar (3450 psi) .

L’unità può essere azionata:- manualmente, usando la leva a mano integrata;- con aria compressa di rete (consumo da 115 (4 scfm) a 170 nl/min (6 scfm)); - con aria compressa o azoto regolati dalla bombole (SCUBA, SCBA) ad alta pressione. Massima pressione aria compressa 10 bar (150 psi).

L’acquisizione dati si basa su un insieme di tecnologie, strumenti e infrastrutture il cui obiettivo è quello di migliorare la produttività e la qualità dei processi produttivi. Su richiesta del cliente, l’unità può essere integrata con sistema acquisizione dati (PLC), permettendo il salvataggio di tutti i dati (pressione e temperatura) generati durante il collaudo ad alta pressioneNormalmente i dati sono salvati su una chiavetta USB permettendo di generare da �le .csv e .xls gra�che e certi�cati richiesti. Su richiesta, moduli del cliente possono essere generati in automatico, salvati sul pc o inviati automaticamente ad un archivio remoto. Alcune versioni possono essere fornite equipaggiate con l’accesso remoto al software, permettendo di visionare e modi�care on-line i parametri, risparmiando tempo e risolvendo eventuali questioni in pochi attimi.

Data acquisition is based on technologies, instruments and infrastuctures at which the scope is to improve productivity and quality of manufacturing processes. Upon customer request, unit can be integrated with data acquisition (PLC), allowing collecting all data (pressure and temperature) generated during high-pressure testing.Normally all the data is saved on USB-key allowing to generate from .csv, -xls �le required graphics and certi�cation. At request custom forms can be generated automatically, saved on pc or sent automatically in a remote archive. Some versions can be provided with remote access to the software, allowing to view and modify on-line parameters, saving time and resolving eventual questions in few instance.
