1. What software did you use? I used Microsoft excel for my spreadsheets

2. Why did you use this rather than something else? I wanted to make a chart and spreadsheet excel is the only software that can do this.

3. What are the advantages of using this software? You only have to put the formula in once then you can copy it and do not have to calculate it again.

4. What problems do you see the user have using your system? This software may be confusing for people who have never used it before and they may delete important information .

5. How did you try to minimise the problems? I have added validation and comments to help use the system. And protected the system to stop the user from deleting important formulas
