In order to achieve, your M3 task you will be required to write an essay which provides a review of the use of feedback and supervision in counselling.

You will need to use the case study of Mary as reference throughout your essay.

You will be required to discuss how supervision and feedback can improve your use of counselling skills and self development.M3 Task Your essay will have to discuss the following aspects of counselling and feedback which must be discussed looking at their strengths and weaknesses in improving counselling skills and self development:
