Firšt actuators series UNI 3P are designed for mounting on mixingvalves Rotomix. They are also equipped with mounting kit forassembly on mixing valves of other manufacturers. Actuators havea fixed angle rotation of 90° and possibility of manual control.

UNI 3P actuator is designed as actuator for mixing valves DN15-DN50. It is controlled by the 3-point signal and especially suitablefor mixing circuit regulation. With the button for manual control ispossible to manual override – gear is disengaged for as long thebutton is locked.

Actuator is available with 24VAC or 230VAC, 50Hz power supply.At choice are different speeds of rotation 48s/90°,73s/90°, 147s/90°, 178s/90°. All actuators are equiped with outputsignal (L) at the end position of the actuator.

Actuators are equipped with mounting kit for assembly on mixingvalves of well known manufacturers. By special request are alsoavailable mounting kits for mounting on mixing valves less knownmanufacturers.

Electrical connection

The electrical line supplying the actuator, the time counterand room thermostat must start from the thermal plant, soas to avoid tampering by user. Before any repair of the valveor the actuator disconnect the supply voltage.

Circulation pump can be controlled at end valve position by RED wire.If you needoutput signal at end position , you have to move red wire inside actuator at terminal 4.

Signal on the red wire is live (L) and can be used for inductive load up to one (1) A, 250VAC.For load which consumption is more than 1 A must be used external relay.
