• Head teacher with 20 years experience in primary education

• Worked in range of schools as senior leader from special measures to outstanding

• Lead Town End teaching school

• Currently advocates for EEF Literacy guidance reports – 2 year programme started in Sept 2017 – July 2019 focusing on key elements from the guidance report

TOWN END TEACHING SCHOOL ALLIANCE

• Initial teacher training – tuition places available 2018-19

• NPQ’s – middle and senior leaders

• NQT programme and from Sept 18 will be NQT awarding body

• School to school support using SLE’s

• Advocates for range of projects linked to current school need
