What happens next?To lodge your complaint email a copy of the completed complaint form to [email protected]. Once your complaint has been received, a conciliation officer will work with you and then your employer to attempt to resolve the matter through conciliation.The conciliation process usually takes 21 days from when the conciliation officer first contacts you. A conciliation officer is impartial and does not represent either the employee or the employer. If your complaint is not resolved via conciliation, your complaint may be considered for formal investigation subject to public interest considerations as outlined in the Private Sector Labour Relations Division Compliance and Enforcement Policy.
