FLYING DIRECTIONS

McCarran International Airport is one of the United States nicest and BUSIEST airports. So please give yourself ample time (2.5 – 3 hours) to get through security and to get to your gate.

When heading to your hotel or vice versa, there are a number of ways to get to your destination:

1. Take a Cab – There are many cabs available right outside of baggage claim awaiting your arrival to Las Vegas. However a ride to Downtown Las Vegas will cost you approximately $30 - $40 dollars.

2. Rent a Car - This is recommended for the tourists among us as it allows you the most flexibility, however this will cost the most.

3. Schedule a Shuttle - Most can be arranged with the hotel front desk. This is the cheapest method but most time consuming.

4. Get a Limo - This is the COOLEST mode of transportation. They are as frequent as cabs in Las Vegas and more often than not can be found for the same price. A bell hop at baggage claim can show you to a driver as soon as you retrieve your bags.

WHAT TO SEE WHILE IN LAS VEGAS?

Never been to Vegas? It is as cool as it looks on TV, except now you can see them all in person! Been to Vegas before? You could spend your life living there and never see it all. Below is a list of the top tourist attractions that are must see before you go home. We have built in free “touristy type” time in the schedule so that you can see them all!

• Bellagio Fountains (FREE!) Every half hour between 3 & 8pm and every 15 minutes from then until midnight.

• Shark Reef @ Mandalay Bay ($16) Half indoors, half outdoors, with rays, sea turtles, crocodiles and lots and lots of sharks!

• The Night Clubs ($, varies) LAX @ Luxor, The Bank @ Bellagio, Tao @ Venetian, and Pure @ Caesars Place are the hippest nightclubs In the WORLD! Check them out if you get a chance, as you never know who you may see there!

• New York – New York Roller Coaster ($) As described by Time Magazine, “The hotel is worth seeing for its brilliantly compressed version of Disneyfied Manhattan, and the roller coaster is a better way to tour it than walking through.”

• Sirens of TI Pirate Show – Treasure Island (FREE!) Live theatrical show featuring beautiful women and men dressed as pirates. How could you go wrong? Add in explosions and real sinking ships and you have FUN! Nightly shows at 7, 8:30, 10 and 11:30pm.

• Volcano @ The Mirage (FREE!) Every 15 minutes from 7pm to 12:00am, transforming a waterfall into spectacular streams of flying molten lava.
