I am so excited you are here. You are embarking on a special + fun
journey to change your life and your body for good. And I’m so glad
to be a part of it.
This is your opportunity to prevent disease, to look better, to feel
better and most importantly, live better. If you look around us, you’ll
notice we need to get back to nature. Most of us aren’t even eating
real food anymore. It’s processed, denatured and toxic. It creates
havoc in our bodies and prevents us from living the life we’re meant
to be living.
But not you- you’re going to learn how to live and juice for good
health and looks.
I’m going to hold your hand. These guides and this system will
take you through everything you need to know so that you are
completely confident in juicing and nutrition.

Your Ultimate Transformation checklist :
1. Read and save your guides.As you go through the steps, be sure to save these eguides to your computer and then you can load them onto your smart phone. You can access this site at anytime, but its nice to have them right on your computer. The guides have a lot of information, and you might not want to read it all, but it’s best if you do so you don’t miss a beat.
2. Stay connected with our community. Instagram and Facebook are all places where you can check in with us, share your photos, and discuss this plan with others. Our hashtags are #allaboutjuicing #AAJUltimateTransformation.
3. Make a journal.This can be a notebook or a file on your computer or phone. Record your goals, meals and exercise activity each day. We’ve started some on this sheet, but it’s really awesome if you develop your own system and create your perfect journal.
4. Take your measurements and weight.Start with your “before pics” and continue to do this every Monday morning to stay motivated. This habit will help hold you accountable.
5. Take photos and send them to us.We want to feature your success story on AllAboutJuicing.com! Most community members do this for accountability and inspiration, and we love it! You can also post pictures straight on our instagram or facebook accounts. The email to send them to [email protected]

Let’s talk about you
We all have a story. We all have good and bad things that lead us to the
path that we are today. But what’s great is we can choose to be positive
and strive for the best. I want you to know a few things.
1. You are worth it. 2. You CAN look and feel better.
You were put on this planet for a reason and you are special. You
deserve to look and feel your best. Will it take some work and a change?
Yes, but it’s worth it, trust me.
By adopting a healthier lifestyle you’ll be working towards a sexier,
healthier you. You can live a long and full life with minimal health issues
and lots of laughter. There are so many people that think they can’t
change, that eating differently and changing habits are impossible. But
when they focus and put their mind to it, unbelieveable things happen. I
have seen it first hand over and over again. I want you to know that you
can be healthier, skinnier, sexier and happier- and I want you to truly
believe it. When you do, you’ll be aligning your body with your intentions
and this is powerful.

The Journal
I want you to start a journal. I’m going to take you through some of the
initial goals, measurements and diet records on this page. You can fill
them out on here and save it as a guide on how to do them each week.
Every monday morning, record these measurements, review your meals,
and write down your weekly goals in your journal. Once you get in the
habit of doing this, you’ll see how it helps to keep you motivated and it
goes a long way towards lasting success.

Your goals and how to journal
I want you to list your goals and visualize them daily. It’s easier to make a difference in your life when you know where you’re going and what you want to achieve. It’s also helpful to get your feelings out on paper.
Do you want to lose 10 pounds? Sleep better, feel better, get rid of a health issue, learn how to juice, or start exercising each day? Start small with your short term goals. Be realistic and only write down what you can really achieve within 30 days.

Take your measurements and photos
It’s a really great idea to take your measurements and photos before starting. Once you start to look and feel better, (you will!) you’ll really wish you did this. Trust me ;)
Here’s a great idea of how to do it. You can mark your progress weekly or monthly, your choice. You don’t have to do all of these, they are just examples.
Journaling Common Body Measurements
Chest: Place the measuring tape just under your breasts/pecs and measure around the torso while keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
waist: Place the measuring tape about a 1/2 inch above your belly button (at the narrowest part of your waist) to measure around your torso. When measuring your waist, exhale and measure before inhaling again.
hips: Place the measuring tape across the widest part of your hips/buttocks and measure all the way around while keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Note: It’s a great idea to take a picture your bathing suit or exercise clothes.

Journaling your food
In order to see where you’re at and where you’ll go, it’s important to
record what you are currently eating now and going forward. This was
extremely helpful for me when I transformed my body. At times it was
painful, but it really helped me see where I could improve and be mindful
of what I was eating. The purpose of this is not to judge, but to help you
analyze and shift into healthier habits.
Keep track of this everyday. Once you get the hang of it, I recommend
doing it on simple journal or notepad apps on your smartphone, or get a
notebook to do pen-and-paper food journaling.
