ELECTRONIC “IN CAB” MONITORS AND CONTROLS

The Raven 205 Control provides operation of five sprayer booms,individually or collectively, with a master switch. Sprayer pressure isalso controlled from the tractor seat, and the monitor gauge continuallyshows the pressure at which the system is operating.

The 450 Control provides automatic control of chemicalapplication rates. The operator has individual control to six boomsand continuous readout of actual gallons per acre applied.Readouts of volume left in the tank, time, total area worked, totalvolume applied, field area and volume, vehicle speed, distancetraveled, area/hours worked, volume/minute (gallons/minute) areavailable at the touch of a key. In cab pressure readings arepossible with optional Electronic Gauge Package.

VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR

Available for all sprayers, the Raven Radar SpeedSensor utilizes a state-of-the-art, dual beam arrayantenna for reduced angle sensitivity. Interface cablesthat connect to a tractor’s performance monitor orGPS receiver are also available for most situations.

CONTROL GRIP

Optional Control Grip permits alternating between circuits without moving yourhand from the hydraulic lever. The Control Grip is available as an option on theUltra Ultimate, Ultimate and 2-Point Tractor Mounted Supersprayers.

SPRAYER REMOTE CONTROL

The Summers Sprayer Remote Control makes sprayercalibration easy and safe. When attached to most 12 VDCoperated boom shut-off systems, you can turn your sprayer onand off from anywhere within 100 feet of the sprayer control box.

With the hand held control unit, you can walk around your sprayerwhile its operating, find a plugged tip, shut off sprayer, clean tipand resume the spray operation without having to return to thetractor each time. Installation is easily made on either new orused sprayers.

The spray system features corrosion resistantcomponents and includes electric ball valves for left,right and center boom sections. A dual jet agitator ona separate valve and an in-line strainer complete thesystem. Sprayer is available with either a 1000 gal.or the optional 1500 gal. polyethylene tank. Bothfeature a fully drainable sump.

The optional 200 gal. (U.S.) Auxiliary Tank can beused to carry clean water in a “rinse tank system”.On the Ultra Ultimate NT, it may be used as either arinse tank or extra spray tank with agitator. It mayalso be used as second tank for a “dual boom sys-tem” on the Ultimate NT.

An optional 5.5 gal. (U.S.) Clean Load Systemprovides ground level, foam reduced filling of chemicalinto the sprayer tank.

The Clean Water Tank (not shown) complete withrubber gloves and goggles is conveniently mountedfor safe sprayer servicing. Tank is standard on 1000and 1500 gal. units.

On both the Ultra and Ultimate NTs, a Patented multi-function fold and breakaway system is coupled withthe breakaway protection designed into the hydraulicsystem. The nitrogen charged accumulator assistsgravity to smoothly return the boom to field positionafter the obstruction is cleared.

Ultimate NT: Flexible windscreens are optional oneither single or dual boom systems (dual booms upto 100 ft. only) and provide supplemental aid in re-ducing spray drift. Windscreens are not available

SPRAYER REMOTE CONTROL

The Summers Sprayer Remote Control makes sprayercalibration easy and safe. When attached to most 12 VDCoperated boom shut-off systems, you can turn your sprayer onand off from anywhere within 100 feet of the sprayer control box.

With the hand held control unit, you can walk around your sprayerwhile its operating, find a plugged tip, shut off sprayer, clean tipand resume the spray operation without having to return to thetractor each time. Installation is easily made on either new orused sprayers.

ELECTRONIC “IN CAB” MONITORS AND CONTROLS

The Raven 205 Control provides operation of five sprayer booms,individually or collectively, with a master switch. Sprayer pressure isalso controlled from the tractor seat, and the monitor gauge continuallyshows the pressure at which the system is operating.

The 450 Control provides automatic control of chemicalapplication rates. The operator has individual control to six boomsand continuous readout of actual gallons per acre applied.Readouts of volume left in the tank, time, total area worked, totalvolume applied, field area and volume, vehicle speed, distancetraveled, area/hours worked, volume/minute (gallons/minute) areavailable at the touch of a key. In cab pressure readings arepossible with optional Electronic Gauge Package.

VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR

Available for all sprayers, the Raven Radar SpeedSensor utilizes a state-of-the-art, dual beam arrayantenna for reduced angle sensitivity. Interface cablesthat connect to a tractor’s performance monitor orGPS receiver are also available for most situations.

CONTROL GRIP

Optional Control Grip permits alternating between circuits without moving yourhand from the hydraulic lever. The Control Grip is available as an option on theUltra Ultimate, Ultimate and 2-Point Tractor Mounted Supersprayers.
