The Key to Success at BAC With so many options for fitness programs and workouts these days how do you know which is right for you? It depends on many variables, none more important than your current fitness level and health history. The others would include, but not be limited to: your prior workout experience, goals, mobility, large or small group vs independent preference, and the amount of time you can commit to achieving your goals. But ahead of all of those “others” just listed should be the scientific soundness of the program or workout. Is it a fad designed to feed your ego and “pump you up”? Does it promise amazing results in half the time? Or does it offer practical, scientifically sound direction with an emphasis on long term results? Does it “teach you to fish” or simply “feed” you? We believe the best program is the one you will actually do. Our trainers design workouts, programs, and classes that are both scientifically

sound and fun! We include some “bells and whistles” at times but know that fundamental programming is the key to long term success. And while we are confident in our ability to motivate and coach you through a workout, that’s only 1 hour of 24! It’s the other 23 we work to help you focus on. We focus on “teaching you to fish”. Don’t get me wrong, we also “feed” you VERY WELL! Aren’t sure if having a program developed for you, signing up for IMPACT or taking Group Exercise classes is right for you? Contact Melissa House, Fitness Director ([email protected]) and she will lead you through some options.
