2017 NSW PSSA State Touch Football Finals

Last Monday, 23rd October the Girls Touch Football team

travelled to Taren Point, Sydney to play in the 2017 State Finals

as the South Coast Champions.

The girls were committed, dedicated and encouraged each

other throughout the day.

Ulladulla were beaten by South Wagga in our semi-final, 6-2.

South Wagga would go on to be defeated 5-4 by Banora Point

in the Final.

In our consolation match, Ulladulla were defeated by Picnic

Point, 4-1.

We would like to thank the parents, grandparents, friends and

officials who supported the Girls Touch Team right throughout

the 2017 Competition.

Of note was Kelsey F.’s achievement of joining her sisters,

Emerson (2016) and Thalia (2012 & 2013) as a NSW PSSA Girls

Touch Football South Coast Champion.

You are invited to the 2017 UPS Scholastic

Book Fair in the library!

The Book Fair starts on Wednesday 15th

November and runs over three days finishing

on Friday 17th November. Books will be

available for purchase in the library over this

time between 8:45am to 9:25am and again

from 3:30pm to 4pm.

The Scholastic Book Fair is a great place for

children to discover a love of books and ignite

a lifelong passion for reading. The Book Fair is

also a great place to buy a book for a loved

one for Christmas, a birthday or a special

occasion.

In the days leading up to the Book Fair the students will be invited to have a look at this

year’s selection of books and posters and create a wish list of items they may like to

purchase.
