Mantrac Uganda Ltd. provides a complete range of Caterpillar material-handling equipment for manufacturing, industrial and commercial applications that require total material-handling solutions.

Customers can choose from a variety of diesel-powered lift trucks (with lift capacities ranging from 1.5 to 15 tons) or gas-pow-ered models (up to 7.5 tons). For use in closed areas, or for contamination-sensitive goods such as foodstuffs, Mantrac supplies electric lift trucks (from 1.5 to 3.5 tons), including both three- and four-wheeled configurations.

Along with an array of versatile pallet trucks and stackers, Mantrac also offers a line of reach trucks and order pickers (both low and high-level) for warehouse spaces large or small.

Mantrac Uganda offers Olympian generators from 10 kVA to 220 kVA and Caterpillar generators from 250 kVA to 7000 kVA, providing both primary and standby power. Our sister company, Mantrac Tanzania, offers Scheduled Oil Sampling (SOS) for all major oil-lubricated systems, includ-ing engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems and final drives at the branch in Mwanza, Tanzania. SOS oil analysis provides the fastest and most accurate way to see what’s going on in-sideyour machine components without disassembling them – allowing you to preempt parts failures before they occur.

Mantrac Uganda Ltd. supplies genuine Caterpillar parts at com-petitive prices, protecting customers against unexpected down-time. We meet customers’ needs for spare parts with a full range of parts for Caterpillar, Lister Petter and Perkins equipment. We also provide original CAT lubricants, which reduce maintenance costs and ensure that components last longer. Parts not available in-country can be quickly ordered and shipped within a short period of time. All Caterpillar spare parts pur-chased from Mantrac Uganda are guaranteed genuine and carry the original caterpillar warranty.Mantrac’s computerized parts-inventory system gives us im-mediate access to stock levels across its warehouses worldwide. We also offer a wide range of Customer Support Agreements (CSAs), ensuring the comprehensive maintenance and repair of your equipment. Periodic field inspections and precise tech-nical recommendations will keep your equipment running at maximum productivity. In hopes of delivering the best possible service, Mantrac Uganda boasts a unique Specialization Center, which employs the latest equipment, tooling and contamination-control meth-ods for overhauling your engines. Every stripped-down part is

cleaned, inspected and measured, while reusability guidelines are closely followed to ensure the customer achieves maxi-mum value.

Located in Kampala, the center provides a six-month war-ranty on all engine rebuilds. The center will also undertake the complete reconditioning of all power-train components, including transmissions, torque converters, differentials, final drives, hydraulic pumps, cylinders and valves. All component overhauls also come with six-month warranties.

The service department also carries out undercarriage repair including track assembly, turning of pin and bushings, roller/idler rebuilds and total reconditioning of undercarriages from D6 to D10. The workshop offers unmatched field-service ca-pabilities.

it distribution Mantrac Uganda’s IT Distribution division has grown to become a multi-brand/multi-product distributor. It has built up a comprehensive portfolio of leading IT brands and developed a large network of reputable resellers.

We are currently Uganda’s official distributor for Acer brand computer products, including desktops, laptops, servers, LCD monitors, printers, handheld devices and networking devices for both homes and businesses. Mantrac also sells various DELL and HP brand products.

Mantrac’s IT distribution operation, like the Group’s other divisions, provides standard warranty terms as offered by all the international manufacturers it represents.
