PARAGRAPH

WHAT IS A PARAGRAPH? A paragraph is a self-contained unit

of a discourse in writing dealing with a particular point or idea. A paragraph consists of one or more sentences. Though not required by the syntax of any language, paragraphs are usually an expected part of formal writing, used to organize longer prose.

PROCESS PARAGRAPH

Is a paragraph in which a writer explains step by step how something is done or how to do something.Process analysis writing can take one of two forms: it can provide information about how something works or it can explain how to do something .

EXAMPLE: HOW TO PREPARE A BREAKFAST

When you need to prepare a breakfast, you need to follow some steps. First, you have to make sure you have all the ingredients to prepare the breakfast. Second, when you have checked you have all, the ingredients you have to slend the eggs until they turn completely yellow. Third, prepare the hotcake mix by putting the eggs, milk, oil together and mixing. Then, you have to turn on the oven and put two pan… on the hot place. When the pan is hot put some butler, the egg, the other salter put the hotcake mix, finally serve the egg ended and the hotcake in a same disk with it’s complement.

NARRATIVE PARAGRAPH

Narrative paragraphs are a lot of fun to write. Here you can tell your reader a story from beginning to end. You don't have to imagine anything out of the ordinary - only tell the story, tell what happened. This alone usually allows the nervous writer to stop worrying about generating ideas, and to concentrate on organizing the events in the story being told.

EXAMPLE: FREEDOM WRITERS Erin Gruwel is an American teacher of Wilson

OPINION PARAGRAPH

The opinion paragraph starts with a clear and original view point or attitude about a topic. Never use expressions such as “In my opinion” or “I think”.

EXAMPLE: GET MARRIEDGetting married is a very strong word for

couples. What is the best age to get married? The best age is at twenty seven. At this age we know what we want. However many people think in getting married at twenty five since they want to be together, even it the parents say it is too soon. But if you haven it found the love if would be to the thirties? These ages are the most appropriate for me. There is more maturity, more experiences, and have goals in your life. The best age of the twenty five to thirty. Sirve thirty after would be very difficult. In my opinion it should be much maturity for marriage.

DESCRIPTIVE PARAGRAPH

Is used to illustrate characteristic, give an impression, or express feeling about something.Show how the writers feel or express themselves. Creates an image on the readers mind. In this paragraph we can describe person, place, things or experience. Descriptive paragraph let to the readers feel the same or known about the different thing who write the writer. When use descriptive paragraph you use adjectives

EXAMPLE: MY FAVORITE SINGERS AREThe Wanted is a British-Irish group of friends that are really extroverted. They are crazy and four of them are British and one Irish. All of them are pretty and they are funny, they look like brothers and they are one of the new boybands of this time. I am in love of Nathan Sykes and I have all their music because they are amazing.

EXAMPLE PARAGRAPH

Is paragraph that introduces a subject in the topic sentence and gives three examples of the subject in the body help to understand the principal idea that you want give to interpret.

EXAMPLE: MY FAVORITE MOVIE

My fovite movie is Titanic. Is a good movie with much things that we can learn like honorability and the things we can do when we are in love. Nobody can tell us how much we can do. When you see the movie you ger actually interesed in what happend in the life of each one of the actors. I watch it a lot of times and i follor see it.
