Technical Maintenance of Reaper Binder

1. After work

1) Clean the residual weeds and dirt;

2) Check if the fastening piece and connecting piece loosen;

3) Add lube timely in the engine, bundling device;

4) Check if the control parts flexible and reliable.

2. Seasonal maintenance

1) Wash the machine parts and set to dry out;

2) Dry the parts that are not easy to dry with cloth;

3) Lubricating the parts that are easy to rust;

4) Exhaust the oil in the fuel tank when it is not working.
