Welcome to the second installment of the Twin Bridge Farms & Guests Bull Sale. We are glad to have Jen-Ty Gelbvieh and theNess family back again this year. All three programs are very passionate about the Gelbvieh breed and strive to produce the bestpossible genetics they can.The beef industry is in a great place and with the national cowherd so low in numbers it is sure to continue. Top end feedercalves and replacement females were at a premium last fall. Nowmore than ever it is important to have the best possible geneticsin our cow herds. On March 18th there will be bulls on offer thatwill make your operation competitive in every step of beefproduction. There are performance bulls to raise those scalebusters in the fall, low birth weight bulls to make calving seasonstress free and all of them should sire those great females theGelbvieh breed is known for.New this year is a group of heifer calves right from the heart ofthe replacement pens of Twin Bridge Farms and the Ness herd.These females should compliment the bulls on offer and go ontobe great producers.All bulls selling will be semen tested and vet checked. The sellersare willing to keep purchases until April 15th free of charge anddeliver them at least 200 miles free of charge. If you take yourbull(s) home on sale day you will receive a $50 discount per bull.If you have any questions on the sale lots or would like to viewthem before the sale feel free to contact any of us. Welcome to Twin Bridge Farms and Guests 2nd Annual Gelbvieh Bull Sale. The Birch family has been in

the cattle industry for years in the Lomond area. Farming is their livelihood, they love their strong

connection to agriculture Every year they continue to add top quality females building a solid foundation

herd. They have also purchased and used top end Gelbvieh herdsires to advance their program.

Also, selling are Jen-Ty Gelbvieh and Keriness Cattle Company. Don and Lorna Okell, Jen-Ty Gelbvieh,

DEG TRENT 480T We purchased Trent as a calf beside his mother LC Wandering Petunia 480P fromDouble Eagle Gelbvieh in 2007 we knew soon as we seen him that he would bethe next herdsire in the Jen-Ty operation. He showed even as a calf greatthickness and muscle structure. He grew up and didn’t disappoint us. All his calfcrops show all the same traits. He always put pounds on every calf crop. This isthe last chance to get a Trent bull calf, as we had to put him down last yearwhich was very disappointing for us.

AWB BIRCH’S MAX 64XWe purchased Max as a yearling from Birch’s he is a dark red bull very structurallysound, polled, large testicle and seems to work well.

DVE DAVIDSON MR. JAY 61XWe purchased Mr. Jay from the Davidson ranch. He is a very thick soggy bull. Weused him just on our heifers and he did what he was suppose to easy calving,never had any issues using him on heifers.

BULL BREEDING GUARANTEEAll guarantees are between the buyer and the seller.All bulls offered and sold, except calves at side, are guaranteed breeders irrespective of age. All bulls after reaching the age of 15 months must becapable of settling 7 head or 75% of the eligible normal healthy breeding age females he is running with for a 90 day period, whichever is the lesser.No guarantee regarding the freezing ability of a bull’s semen is made or implied in the sale of a bull unless covered specifically in a written contract.In the case of a complaint regarding a bull’s breeding guarantee the buyer wishes to enforce the provisions of the Code shall report the same inwriting to the seller enclosing a report prepared by a licensed veterinarian within 6 months of purchase or the time the bull reaches the age of 15months whichever occurs later. The bull shall be returned to the seller at the buyer’s expense. The seller may replace the bull with a bull of equalquality or refund the purchaser’s price of the bull or he may attempt to prove the bull a breeder under the terms of this clause within 6 months. Ifthe bull is proven to be a breeder within the 6 months provided he shall be returned by the seller to the buyer and the buyer’s expense. If he is notproven to be a breeder then replacement or, at the option of a seller, a refund is mandatory. Under no circumstances will a seller be liable for morethan the purchase price of the animal sold.
