Tuthill's miniature magnetically coupledpumps are designed to provide exceptionalreliability. The long life and non-pulsingflow are combined with the magneticallycoupled, leak free, seal-less technology. These magnetically coupled pumps are con-structed of 316 stainless steel, hastelloy, tita-nium, or engineered plastics making thesepumps tough and reliable.

Tuthill offers the HD series of product forthe most demanding applications. The HDseries is capable of handling multiplepumping challenges that may includepresence of solids, and large viscosity andtemperature ranges in one application.HD pumps can offer system builders andOEM’s an attractive alternative to pro-gressing cavity pumps and air-operateddiaphragm pumps. HD pumps will toler-ate intermittent run dry, are relativelycompact, will pump liquids with viscosi-ties that range from thin to very thick, willhandle temperatures up 525ºF, and areenergy efficient. Standard pump construc-tion is in ductile iron or 316 stainless steel.

Tuthill’s robust M Series magnetic coupled internal gear pumps are designedto withstand the unexpected. They usegenerously sized high temperature samarium cobalt magnets and are lesslikely to decouple when exposed to processupsets and cold starts. The M-series magnetically coupled pumps will toleratesome decoupling and run dry.

The M-series materials of construction are cast iron or 316 stainless steel. Therobust magnetically coupled design makesthese pumps ideal for difficult and haz-ardous liquids. The M-Series magneticallycoupled pumps provide the ultimate pro-tection where no leakage can be tolerated.

OEM applications for HDpumps include wastewatersystems builders, fryer oil recov-ery systems, black liquor soapand paper coating packages, waste fuel handling systems, andstarch handling systems.

Tuthill’s W-Series magnetically coupledexternal gear chemical metering pumps aredesigned specifically for the harsh environ-ment associated with water and wastewaterchemical treatment. The external gear tech-nology resists gas vapor locking caused byout gassing sodium hypochlorite. The W-Series simple and robust long life design iseasy to install and maintain.
