“authorities” to have an education given to police requiring them to be able to have an IQ and grammatical skills that they will be able to read Toronto Street News instead of trashing it and some-how fearing it. Our vendors tell us their copies of Toronto Street News have been seized by Metro’s police in the east end. If they were capable of literacy they would be able to read the paper and see that it is harmless to them and not to be feared by police rumours as reported to them by authority figures who fear hon-esty in this paper. They are apparently too lazy mentally or dysfunctional on a personal level to be able to appreciate the news and concepts herein by actually reading it. Before the film* starts, they tell you they are Satanists.

The new hit movie "Knocked Up" por-trays crude demeaning behavior as accept-able. An evil spirit, this film is hailed as "an era-defining classic" --"the American comedy of the decade" by film reviewers. The film is about a beautiful TV enter-tainment reporter (Katherine Heigl) who picks up a slacker (Seth Rogan) at a bar, accidentally gets pregnant and tries to make the relationship work. This is the post-feminist version of courtship and marriage. First you get pregnant, then you date. In the movie, her sister also got mar-ried this way.

Luciferians would prefer Katherine had an abortion but hey, you can't make a com-edy about that. So, with little explanation, she decides to have the baby.

This "comedy" was like watching a train wreck in slow motion. The train of course is Western Civilization.

The movie's idea of comedy is to throw acid at our sense of taste, decency, intelli-gence and style. Just when I thought it couldn't shock me again, it did. I'll give you a few examples.Warning: This is dis-gusting.

The "hero" Ben Stone lives with a bunch of lowlifes in a comfortable suburban home in LA. They spend their time watch-ing porn, getting stoned and riffing on en-tertainment trivia.

Stone has no occupation or money. A Canadian Jew, he lives off a small insur-ance settlement he got when a postal truck ran over his foot. His career program con-sists of starting a website that tells viewers when in a movie the star gets naked. "Want to see Meg Ryan's bush? That's 22 min 14 seconds into..." he says with a straight face.

OK, hold your nose. His roommates get

"red eye" infections from a prank: farting bared-assed on each other's pillows. Appar-ently this is what happens when you get poop in your eye. "American comedy of the decade!" "Era Defining Classic!"

His future niece, an 8-year-old girl says everyone calls him a "prick." "What's a prick?" Does he reply, ask your mother?

No. He tells her. "A penis." The daughter of the writer-director, Judd Apatow, plays the niece.

When Katherine goes into labor, her MD is out of town, although he promised he would not be. Seth blows a gasket. He leaves a three- minute tirade full of expletives and ob-scene threats on the doctor's answering service. Classy.

When Katherine is having the baby, Seth's lowlife friends gather in the waiting room. They are "family." Hearing her screams, a particularly repulsive fellow rushes into the operating room in time to give the theater audience a full frontal of Katherine's dilating vagina. He retreats in panic.

Funny? I guess that's what Apatow meant when he said the studio urged him to "earn his R rating."

When did a scatological obsession with sex, genitals and excrement become the new "funny?" Let me explain.

THE LUCIFERIAN DYNAMIC Since the "Enlightenment," Western cul-

ture has been based on the denial of God. Sure we pay lip service to God, but that's all it is.

Western culture is Luciferian. Freema-sonry, the church of Lucifer, is the real religion of the modern world. The Illumi-nati is the highest echelon of Freemasonry. Our "culture" is predicated on replacing God with man, hence we have "humanism," the religion of man, sex and excrement.

Western history is punctuated by a series of "revolutions" sponsored by these bank-ers -English, American, French and Rus-sian. "Revolution" means replacing the Old Order with the New World Order, re-placing God with banker. They create

money of thin air; they think they are God. They disguise this process with social re-forms which we pay for and democracy which they con-trol. Truly, what is God? God is Reality. Even if we don't be-lieve in God, we all have a sense of truth, goodness, jus-tice, love, peace, and beauty. This spiritual sense and crav-ing is our connection to God. It defines us as human. Just as God made the natural world with exquisite design, so humanity is also governed by natural and spiritual laws. It's our job to discern these laws and live accordingly. Luciferians want to obliterate our sense of the Divine order.

They want to replace God with Satan. By offending us in movies like 'Knocked Up," they thumb their nose at God and worship their master Lucifer.

THE JEWISH DYNAMIC The writer-director, leading man and

many supporting characters in this movie are Jews. I am not being anti-Semitic. They chose to present Jews in this bad light.

Jews should hearken to Harold Rosenthal who said, "Jews don't realize it but their God is Lucifer." CONCLUSION The movie has one redeeming quality: it

exposes the overbearing out-of-control American feminist. Katherine got pregnant because she told Seth, struggling with his condom, to "just do it." He misunderstood her meaning and tossed the condom. Giv-ing birth, she tells the male MD how to deliver her baby.

My favorite scene is when a nightclub doorman won't admit her because she is big-with-child (after a fight with Seth, she goes back to the nightclub pregnant); and her sister is "too old." The sister (played by Apatow's wife) vents in typical foul-mouthed fashion.

But this movie cannot be mistaken for sophisticated social observation. (To Hol-lywood's credit, Richard Gere's "The Hoax" was.) "Knocked Up" is an assault on the collective psyche, degrading and perverting societal norms and sensibilities.

Culture is based on setting up spiritual ideals and elevating our lives accordingly. It is choosing the higher path over the lower. The Luciferian NWO is based on reversing the two, making evil seem good, and crushing the human spirit.

"Knocked Up" is a trip down a psychic rabbit hole populated by perverts, creeps and losers. Hollywood wants us to emulate them. Judging from the rave reviews, we are willing to oblige.

announced the signing of a Framework for Advancing Transatlantic Eco-nomic Integration at a summit in Washington. Describing the agreement as “a statement of the importance of trade”, President Bush, speaking at the post-summit press conference, claimed that it was “a commitment to elimi-nating barriers to trade” and “a recognition that the closer that the United States and the EU become, the better off our people become.”

Because the signing of this agreement received only minimal media cov-erage, U.S. consumers could perhaps be forgiven for assuming that its po-tential to affect the regulation of dietary supplements was negligible. In real-ity, however, not only does the existence of a secret “confidentiality agree-ment” signed by the FDA with its European counterparts in 2005 now threaten the harmonizing of U.S. dietary supplement legislation to restric-tive European regulations, but the European Commission President, José Manuel Barroso, has specifically stated that the pharmaceutical sector will be one of the areas that would benefit the most from transatlantic regulatory cooperation.

lowing the Commission’s adoption of its restrictive ‘Guidelines for Vitamin and Mineral Food Supplements’ as the new global regulatory standard for dietary supplements, the threats to natural health therapies are becoming increasingly international in nature.

Historically speaking, regulatory threats to natural health therapies have almost exclusively been of a national, as opposed to an international, nature. In the United States (U.S.), for example, the pharmaceutical industry-inspired Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) that was pub-lished by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in June 1993 - which suggested, among other provisions, that vitamins and minerals contained in dietary supplements be limited to low multiples of the Recommended Daily Intakes (RDIs) – would not, had it been implemented, have directly affected consumers living outside of the U.S.. Similarly, in the United Kingdom (UK), the unsuccessful attempt by the Blair government to limit the maxi-mum permitted level of vitamin B6 in supplements to 10 mg in the late 1990s would not, had the proposal become law, have affected the freedom of choice of consumers living in other countries.

Following the creation of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 1995, however, and the subsequent adoption by the Codex Alimentarius Commis-sion, in 2005, of the controversial Guidelines for Vitamin and Mineral Food Supplements, regulatory threats to natural health therapies are becoming increasingly international in nature. The WTO uses Codex standards as the benchmark in its adjudication of international trade disputes involving foods and, as such, Codex standards that had once been entirely voluntary now have the bite of law in the global trade system - thus giving Codex coercive authority and WTO Members very real incentives to harmonize their regula-tions by adopting its standards.

Moreover, the key methodology via which countries are increasingly har-monizing their domestic regulations with those of their neighbors is by or-ganizing themselves into regional trading blocs. Membership of such blocks - which can take the form of free trade areas, customs unions, com-mon markets and other forms of economic integration – increases the pres-sure upon countries to harmonize their regulations and, in the case of food and dietary supplements legislation, to base them upon Codex standards.

The influence of the European Union EU-US Summit picture Six nations established the European Economic Community by signing

the Treaty of Rome, above, in 1957. Now consisting of 27 member coun-tries, the European Union is the world’s largest trading block. Its restrictive Food Supplements Directive was used as the blueprint for the controversial Codex ‘Guidelines for Vitamin and Mineral Food Supplements’.

The European Union (EU) is the world’s largest - and arguably the most powerful - trading block. Established by the Treaty of Rome in 1957, its number of member countries has grown over the past fifty years from the original six participants to a current total of twenty-seven. This dramatic growth has naturally resulted in a parallel increase in the EU’s economic and political power, the most obvious example of which - from a natural health perspective - being at Codex meetings, where it is now effectively able to shape the drafting of global food and dietary supplement standards to reflect European law.

In this respect, it is particularly notable that the Codex Guidelines for Vi-tamin and Mineral Food Supplements (which, unlike the United States’ rela-tively liberal Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA), contain a requirement for maximum nutrient levels to be set) utilizes the EU’s highly restrictive Food Supplements Directive as its blue-print. As such, it is with these facts in mind that the signing of the new transatlantic agreement - and the commercial and political influences that led to it - must be examined.

ing of Wednesday, June 13, 2007, by economic writers Steven Pearlstein and Robert Samuelson in the pages of the Washington Post, one of the foremost house organs of the U.S. monetary elite.

Pearlstein’s column was titled, “The Takeover Boom, About to Go Bust” and concerned the extraordinary amount of debt vs. operating profits of companies currently subject to leveraged buyouts.

In language remarkably alarmist for the usually ultra-bland pages of the Post, Pearlstein wrote, “It is im-possible to predict when the magic moment will be reached and everyone finally realizes that the prices be-ing paid for these companies, and the debt taken on to support the acquisitions, are unsustainable. When that happens, it won't be pretty. Across the board, stock prices and company valuations will fall. Banks will announce painful write-offs, some hedge funds will close their doors, and private-equity funds will report disappointing returns. Some companies will be forced into bankruptcy or restructuring.”

Further, “Falling stock prices will cause companies to reduce their hiring and capital spending while gov-ernments will be forced to raise taxes or reduce services, as revenue from capital gains taxes declines. And the combination of reduced wealth and higher interest rates will finally cause consumers to pull back on their debt-financed consumption. It happened after the junk-bond and savings-and-loan collapses of the late 1980s. It happened after the tech and telecom bust of the late '90s. And it will happen this time.”

Samuelson’s column, “The End of Cheap Credit,” left the door slightly ajar in case the collapse is not quite so severe. He wrote of rising interest rates, “As the price of money increases, borrowing and the econ-omy might weaken. The deep slump in housing could worsen. We could also discover that the long period of cheap credit has left a nasty residue.”

Other writers with less prestigious platforms than the Post have been talking about an approaching finan-cial bust for a couple of years. Among them has been economist Michael Hudson, author of an article on the housing bubble titled, “The New Road to Serfdom” in the May 2006 issue of Harper’s. Hudson has been speaking in interviews of a “break in the chain” of debt payments leading to a “long, slow economic crash,” with “asset deflation,” “mass defaults on mortgages,” and a “huge asset grab” by the rich who are able to protect their cash through money laundering and hedging with foreign currency bonds.

Among those poised to profit from the crash is the Carlyle Group, the equity fund that includes the Bush family and other high-profile investors with insider government connections. A January 2007 memorandum to company managers from founding partner William E. Conway, Jr., recently appeared which stated that, when the current “liquidity environment”—i.e., cheap credit—ends, “the buying opportunity will be a once in a lifetime chance.”

The fact that the crash is now being announced by the Post shows that it is a done deal. The Bilderbergers, or whomever it is that the Post reports to, have decided. It lets everyone know loud and clear that it’s time to batten down the hatches, run for cover, lay in two years of canned food, shield your assets, whatever.

Those left holding the bag will be the ordinary people whose assets are loaded with debt, such as tens of millions of mortgagees, millions of young people with student loans that can never be written off due to the “reformed” 2005 bankruptcy law, or vast numbers of workers with 401(k)s or other pension plans that are locked into the stock market.

In other words, it sounds eerily like 2000-2002 except maybe on a much larger scale. Then it was “only” the tenth worse bear market in history, but over a trillion dollars in wealth simply vanished. What makes today’s instance seem particularly unfair is that the preceding recovery that is now ending—the “jobless” one—was so anemic.

Neither Perlstein nor Samuelson gets to the bottom of the crisis, though they, like Conway of the Carlyle Group, point to the end of cheap credit. But interest rates are set by people who run central banks and finan-cial institutions. They may be influenced by “the market,” but the market is controlled by people with money who want to maximize their profits.

Key to what is going on is that the Federal Reserve is refusing to follow the pattern set during the long reign of Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan in responding to shaky economic trends with lengthy infusions of credit as he did during the dot.com bubble of the 1990s and the housing bubble of 2001-2005.

This time around, Greenspan’s successor, Ben Bernanke, is sitting tight. With the economy teetering on the brink, the Fed is allowing rates to remain steady. The Fed claims their policy is due to the danger of ris-ing “core inflation.” But this cannot be true. The biggest consumer item, houses and real estate, is tanking. Officially, unemployment is low, but mainly due to low-paying service jobs. Commodities have edged up, including food and gasoline, but that’s no reason to allow the entire national economy to be submerged.

So what is really happening? Actually, it’s simple. The difference today is that China and other large in-vestors from abroad, including Middle Eastern oil magnates, are telling the U.S. that if interest rates come down, thereby devaluing their already-sliding dollar portfolios further, they will no longer support with their investments the bloated U.S. trade and fiscal deficits.

Of course we got ourselves into this quandary by shipping our manufacturing to China and other cheap-labor markets over the last generation. “Dollar hegemony” is backfiring. In fact China is using its American dollars to replace the International Monetary Fund as a lender to developing nations in Africa and else-where. As an additional insult, China now may be dictating a new generation of economic decline for the American people who are forced to buy their products at Wal-Mart by maxing out what is left of our avail-able credit card debt.

About a year ago, a former Reagan Treasury official, now a well-known cable TV commentator, said that China had become “America’s bank” and commented approvingly that “it’s cheaper to print money than make cars anymore.” Ha ha.

Do you realize that what we think is what we create?

Expecting, or what some would refer to as worrying can have devastating effects on our lives, in way most have never truly looked at. Everyone has herd how positive thinking ob-tains positive effects. For the most part this is very true, but first we have to stop expecting negative as well as stop all worrying in order to get the proper results from our positive thinking.

Many people hear that positive thinking will change their lives and just immediately begin to change their thoughts to do so. They don’t stop to realize that first we must stop the negative thinking and to do so we must first clean our habitual negative thoughts and re-place these thoughts with a new habit of posi-tive thinking, for this to work properly.

Worrying is negative expectations and this is a lack of faith. For anything good to happen in our lives we must stay focused on the posi-tive. We must believe that this can and will happen. Many of us try to force our selves to think positively but worry about the outcome. We say they are in total belief of the situation but worried thoughts are constantly popping us and the stress and tension is felt all around them.

Example #1: I, once hated myself deeply due to the great

deal of abuse I have endured within my life. I found people treated me as I was treating my-self, and no one really wanted me around. I remember always worrying as to weather peo-ple liked me or not and with this worry came very negative results. Every time I worried I found that these people reacted very nega-tively towards me and they explained to me that they felt very uncomfortable in my pre-sents.

Since then, I have been learning how to love myself and I have found that, when I love my-self most others love me as well, {even when they don’t want to}. There was one girl I knew, who wanted to hate me but found she could not do so. She even went as far as trying but the results she wanted never came. Many people have told me that they love me and have no idea why. I explain to them that this is due to me loving myself and by doing so I pull on people’s hearts strings, without even trying. God does work in mysterious ways. When one loves them selves, God makes sure that love is returned.

Example #2: I recently received a call from a person who

had left my home in an angry manner. In his exit he made it very clear that he would not be returning. He had left behind some articles. A few days later he called to retrieve these arti-cles. I had already given them away. He pro-ceeded to yell at me about positive thinking not working, and that what he had learned was all lies. I explained to him that every time I looked at or touched his articles, the negative energies, he was going through, entered into me and I did not want that happening.

His mistake was in not addressing the nega-tive energies inside him self. He believe a positive, which was that I would hold onto his

things, {if the en-ergy was positive or neutral I would have kept them}, then due to the fact that

he was sending out negative energies with the positive thought, the outcome was negative. Later, during this con-versation he admitted he had also been worry-ing about his things and thus eliminating any positive thoughts he had also had.

Many time, we ask the uni-versal question: “Why Me God?” but do we look clearly, without ego interference at the answer.

If we think negative we will receive nega-tive. If we harbor lingering negative emotions or unresolved problems then too the outcome will be negative. As well as if we press our-selves to think positive but do not clear out the reserve of negative build up, things again will turn out negative.

If we truly want positive results from our thinking we must:

Clear out all old resentments and unresolved issues.

Learn to change our habitually negative thinking to positive.

Stop worrying completely. Have faith in something and our selves. Be aware that it does take time for these

changes to take effect. Be patient with our selves. If we continue

working on changing our thoughts eventually we will see very good results. {it took a long time to learn to thinks so negatively and it will take time to change it as well.}

Have faith and do not give up. Try to imagine what this world would be

like if every one worked on this problem to-gether. It’s then that we would be in full un-derstanding of what Christ was trying so hard to teach us, when he said things like: “Physician heal thyself and Go forth and cre-ate, in the name of God!”

of self-neglect. Never thinking to consider whether or not my way of thinking is hurting others or myself. I found I was empty, miser-able, and constantly finding things to com-plain about. I looked around and saw this same suppressed sadness and anger every-

where in many people. After years of bashing my

head against the wall, I figured out how to work towards changing my

thinking, to a much better way of dealing with life, it’s

trial, pains, joys and change. I put myself to work with these

ideas and it has become a lifestyle. It is a much better then the way, to deal

with life, then I had been doing. We all need control, but not done by some-

one outside of ourselves. This control should be self-control, therefore we all must find the proper way to do this. Learning how to disci-pline our-selves through love, {tough Love} will lead us to self-control, confidence and trust for ourselves.

Below are some rules I was given to by one of my mentors, and use always to the best of my abilities. I would like to share them with you. Maybe you can change your outlook on things and lighten the stress from your mind, as I have been able to do. Work towards tak-ing responsibility for what happens in your life to the best of your abilities, as opposed to just taking whatever happens.

Love begins with a thought, and that thought must first be towards your-self. Proper discipline is self-love.

UNKNOWN AUTHOR 1. YOU WILL RECEIVE A BODY You may like it or hate it, but it will be

yours for the entire period this time around. Learn to love and care for it.

2. YOU WILL LEARN LESSONS You are enrolled in a full time informal

school called Life. Being willing and open to learn, is more then half the battle. We can never learn enough, so chop down that ego and grow.

3. THERE ARE NO MISTAKES ONLY LESSONS.

Growth is a process of trial and error and experimentation. You can learn as much from failure as you can from success. Make mis-takes gracefully and learn to correct them as gracefully. Always look for the jewel in every mistake and hold it tight. Remember perfec-tion does not exist on this planet.

4. A LESSON IS REPEATED UNTIL IT IS LEARNED.

A lesson will be repeated to you until it is learned. When you have learned it as evi-denced by a change in your attitude and ulti-mately your behavior, then you can go on to the next lesson.

5. LEARNING LESSONS DOES NOT END.

There is no age of life that does not contain its lessons. Most think because they have a good education, job, home, family, and place in society that they don’t have anything to learn. Nothing could be further from the truth then that. As life grows and changes, so should we.

6. THERE IS NO BETTER THAN HERE. The grass is always greener on the other

side of the hill!!! Be grateful for all you have

and learn to cherish whatever it is, as it is all there truly is. If we can’t love what we have why should we be given more.

7. OTHERS ARE MERELY MIRRORS OF OURSELVES

We cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to something we love or hate about our-selves. When tempted to criticize others, ask yourself what behavior of yours they are mirroring in you.

8. IT IS ONLY WHEN WE THINK WE KNOW THAT WE DON'T

The real disappointment arises when we think we know something yet reality proves that we do not. Best be humble. Real wisdom comes when we know nothing.

9. WHAT WE MAKE OF OUR LIVES IS UP TO US.

We have all the tools and resources we need. What we create with them is up to us. Remember through unselfish desire, goal set-ting and right effort we can have anything we need. Persistence is the key ingredient for suc-cess. Appreciating what other do is something that will inspire us to do our best.

10. THE ANSWERS LIE INSIDE US. The answers to all life's questions lie within

us. All we need do is ask, look, listen and trust ourselves.

11. WE WILL FORGET ALL THIS. We will forget all the above rules unless we

regularly practice some means of staying fo-cused. Take time to meditate during our day. Remember we can always improve.

12. TODAY WE LIVE. Live for today as it is all we can truly deal

By VERLYN KLINKENBORG Last week, the Audubon Society released a

new report describing the sharp and startling population decline of some of the most famil-iar and common birds in America: several kinds of sparrows, the Northern bobwhite, the Eastern meadowlark, the common grackle and the common tern. The average decline of the 20 species in the Audubon Society’s re-port is 68%.

Forty years ago, there were an estimated 31 million bobwhites. Now there are 5.5 million. Compared to the hundred-some condors pres-ently in the wild, 5.5 million bobwhites sounds like a lot of birds. But what matters is the 25.5 million missing and the troubles that brought them down — and are all too likely to bring down the rest of them, too. So this is not extinction, but it is how things look be-fore extinction happens.

The word “extinct” somehow brings to mind the birds that seem like special cases to us, the dodo or the great auk or the passenger pigeon. Most people would never have had a chance to see dodos and great auks on their remote islands before they were decimated in the 17th and 19th centuries. What is hard to

remember about passenger pigeons isn’t merely their once enormous numbers. It’s the enormous numbers of humans to whom their comings and goings were a common sight and who supposed, erroneously, that such unending clouds of birds were indestructible. We recognize the extraordinary distinctness of the passenger pigeon now because we know its fate, killed off largely by humans. But we have moralized it thoroughly without ever really taking it to heart.

The question is whether we will see the distinctness of the field sparrow — its num-ber is down from 18 million 40 years ago to 5.8 million — only when the last pair is being kept alive in a zoo somewhere. We love to finally care when the death watch is on. It makes us feel so very human.

Like you, I’ve been reading dire reports of declining species for many years now. They have the value of causing us to pay attention to species in trouble, and the sad fact is that the only species likely to endure are the ones we humans manage to pay attention to. There was a time when it was better, if you were a nonhuman species, to be ignored by humans because we trapped, shot or otherwise ex-ploited all of the ones that got our attention. But in the past 40 years, we have killed all

those millions of birds or, let us say, uninten-tionally caused a dramatic population loss, simply by going about business as usual.

Agriculture has intensified. So has develop-ment. Open space has been sharply reduced. We have simply pursued our livelihoods. We knew it was inimical to wolves and mountain lions. But we somehow trusted that all the innocent little birds were here to stay. What they actually need to survive, it turns out, is a landscape that is less intensely human.

The Audubon Society portrait of common bird species in decline is really a report on who humans are. Let me offer a proposition about Homo sapiens. We are the only species on earth capable of an ethical awareness of other species and, thus, the only species capa-ble of happily ignoring that awareness. So far, our economic interests have proved to be completely incompatible with all but a very few forms of life. It’s not that we believe that other species don’t matter. It’s that, histori-cally speaking, it hasn’t been worth believing one way or another. I don’t suppose that most Americans would actively kill a whippoorwill if they had the chance. Yet in the past 40 years its number has dropped by 1.6 million.

In our everyday economic behavior, we seem determined to discover whether we can

live alone on earth. E.O. Wilson has argued eloquently and persuasively that we cannot, that who we are depends as much on the rich-ness and diversity of the biological life around us as it does on any inherent quality in our genes. Environmentalists of every stripe argue that we must somehow begin to corre-late our economic behavior — by which I mean every aspect of it: production, con-sumption, habitation — with the welfare of other species.

This is the premise of sustainability. But the very foundation of our economic interests is self-interest, and in the survival of other spe-cies we see way too little self to care.

The trouble with humans is that even the smallest changes in our behavior require an epiphany. And yet compared to the fixity of other species, the narrowness of their habi-tats, the strictness of their diets, the precision of the niches they occupy, we are flexibility itself.

We look around us, expecting the rest of the world’s occupants to adapt to the changes that we have caused, when, in fact, we have the right to expect adaptation only from our-selves.

They were tradesmen and craftsmen, who devoted most of their time to studying the Talmud and other sacred texts. Most of their livelihood was based on the halukah, or dis-tribution of charitable donations from wealthy Jews in the Diaspora.

In the late nineteenth century, they partici-pated in the creation of new neighborhoods outside the city walls to alleviate overcrowd-ing in the Old City, and most are now con-centrated in the neighborhood of Batei Un-garin and the larger Meah Shearim neighbor-hood.

At the time, they were vocal opponents to the new political ideology of Zionism that was attempting to assert Jewish sovereignty in Ottoman-controlled Palestine.

They resented the new arrivals, who were predominantly secular, and claimed that Jew-ish redemption could only be brought about by the Messiah. Among the proofs they

brought for this argument was a talmudic Midrash (legend) that God, the Jewish Peo-

ple, and the nations of the world made a di-vine pact, when the Jews were sent into exile by the Roman Empire.

One provision of the pact was that the - Jews would not rebel against the non-Jewish world that gave them sanctuary; a Second was that they would - Not immigrate en masse to the Land of Israel. In return, the leg-end states, the Gentile nations promised not persecute the Jews too harshly.

By rebelling against this pact, they argued, the Jewish People were engaging in open re-bellion against God.

In fact, this position was adopted by the bulk of the Orthodox world (with the excep-tion of a small faction of Orthodox Zionists, led by Chief Rabbi Abraham Kook and his followers) well up until the United Nations voted to partition Palestine on November 29, 1947.

Representatives of another Orthodox party, Agudat Israel, actually asked the General As-sembly to vote against partition. Tensions were at their highest between the Zionist and non-Zionist Jewish communities in Palestine in the 1920s, following the assassination of Jakob de Haan, a Dutch poet, former Zionist, and spokesman for Agudat Israel http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/gloss.html against the creation of a Jewish State.

Nevertheless, Agudat Israel reevaluated its position upon the establishment of Israel and has been a participant in most governments since that time (though it still will not accept a ministerial portfolio as a result).

This switch of allegiance by Agudat Israel caused a radical shift in the ideology of Ne-turei Karta, which felt betrayed by their Or-thodox Allies.

Their attacks against Israel and Zionism became all the more extreme, especially un-der the leadership of Rabbi Amram Blau and his wife, a convert and former member of the French Resistance, who had rescued Blau during the Holocaust.

The community became more insular, while forming alliances with other sects that rejected the pragmatic support given by Agu-dat Israel to Israel's secular government after independence.

Among their allies were the large and af-

fluent Hasidic group Satmar, http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/Judaism/hasidim_&_mitnagdim.html under the leader-ship of Rabbi Joel Teitelbaum, formerly of Hungary and later of New York City, as well as other hassidic groups, some in Israel and others in the Diaspora.

With their help, Neturei Karta was able to withstand paying taxes to the state that they did not recognize and conversely, to avoid obtaining any benefits from that state by revi-talizing the Halukah Distribution of Funds that characterized earlier generations.

As such they became a self-contained com-munity within Israel with few formal ties to the surrounding political infrastructure. While many in Neturei Karta chose to simply ignore the State of Israel,a fringe element took pro-active steps to condemn it and bring about its eventual dismantling until the coming of the Messiah.

Chief among these is Rabbi Moshe Hirsch, Neturei Karta's self-proclaimed "Foreign Minister," who serves in Yasser Arafat's cabi-net as Minister for Jewish Affairs.

Hirsch and his followers oppose Israel on religious grounds. Devoutly committed to their faith, they reject Jews who do not share their level of observance as heretics.

Nevertheless, they also maintain that an Orthodox community of Jews can and should be a viable minority in an Arab-dominated Palestinian state. According to their ideology, the Jews were first sent into exile for their sins, so that a secular Jewish presence in Is-rael could be grounds for further expulsions and exile.

At their most extreme, they claim that the Holocaust was divine punishment for the sins of secular Jews, but at the same time they also believe that the time will come when all Jews will repent or be lost and the Messiah will come to redeem them.

Their website claims that the Zionists de-liberately condemned thousands of Jews to die in Nazi gas chambers, rather than allow them to emigrate to destinations other than Palestine, in order for the Zionists to claim a Zionist State.

They also claim that the mass media delib-erately downplays their viewpoint and makes them out to be just a few, while there are a large number of Jews with the same beliefs.

Agricultural workers with extensive ex-posure to pesticides may have an elevated risk of brain cancer, new research suggests.

In a study of nearly 700 adults with or without brain tumors, French researchers found that agricultural workers with the highest level of exposure to pesticides were twice as likely to be diagnosed with brain cancer as those with no occupational pesti-cide exposure.

There was also evidence that people who treated their house plants with pesticides had an elevated brain cancer risk. However, the researchers caution that this has not been seen in previous studies, and more research is needed to confirm whether the connection is real.

Past studies have linked pesticide expo-sure among farmers to adverse effects on the brain, such as a higher risk of Parkin-son's disease.

The current study focused on residents of France's Bordeaux region which, along with its famous wine vineyards, has one of the highest recorded rates of brain cancer in the world.

Dr. Isabelle Baldi of the University of Bordeaux and colleagues compared 221 adults who developed brain cancer between

1999 and 2001 with 442 adults from the general population who were the same age and were free of the disease.

The overall average risk of brain cancer was 29 percent higher among subjects with occupational exposure to pesticides than subjects with no exposure. There was also no strong evidence that workers with lower levels of pesticide expo-sure had an elevated brain cancer risk.

However, farmers, vineyard workers and others with the highest exposure had a two-fold higher risk of developing a brain tumor.

When examined by tumor type, the risk of glioma was three times higher in exposed workers than those with no work exposure to pesticides, Baldi's team reports in the journal Occupational and Envi-ronmental Medicine.

Gliomas, the researchers note, are more common among men than women -- raising the possibil-ity that on-the-job pesticide expo-sure is one reason for the discrep-ancy.

Regarding household pesticide use, study participants who said they used pesticides on their house plants were about twice as

likely as those who never used pesticides to be diagnosed with brain cancer.

Thursday that it would go ahead with plans to build missile defence facili-ties in central Europe, despite an offer from Moscow to share data from a radar site in Azerbaijan.

Robert Gates, the US defence secre-tary, welcomed the Russian offer, made by President Vladimir Putin this month, and aimed in part at stopping the construc-tion of a high technology US radar in the Czech Republic. But he said the US plan would go ahead anyway. His statement came at a meeting with Anatoly Serdyukov, his new Russian counterpart, at a meeting with Nato defence ministers.

Moscow has threatened to turn its nuclear weapons towards Europe if the US goes ahead with the system that initially comprises a special X-band radar in the Czech Republic and a site for the anti-missile missiles in Poland.

Russian officials have expressed particular concern about the radar and its potential capacity to detect missiles fired from Russia.

Mr Gates said: “I was very explicit in the meeting that we saw the Azeri radar as an additional capability and that we intended to proceed with the X-band radar in the Czech Republic.”

He reiterated Washington’s willing-ness to work with Russia on missile defence.

US and Russian technicians will ex-amine the feasibility of incorporating

the radar data from Azerbaijan, a for-mer Soviet republic, into the US sys-tem, he indicated.

Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, Nato secre-tary-general, said after the meeting with Mr Serdyukov: “I don’t think [the radar in Azerbaijan] is going to be a replacement or an alternative.”

He added: “It won’t stop or function as an alternative to the talks going on between the US and Czech Republic and the US and Poland.”

The Pentagon wants to install 10 missile interceptors in Poland and the X-band radar in the Czech Republic to counter future threats from Iran. Both Mr Gates and Mr de Hoop Scheffer depicted the Russian offer as a sign that Moscow agreed there was a genuine threat from ballistic mis-siles. President George W. Bush and Mr Putin are due to discuss missile defence and Mr Putin’s offer at a summit in the Bush family home in Kennebunkport, Maine next month.

Nato ministers separately took the next step towards a so-called theatre missile defence system aimed at pro-tecting those countries not covered by the US system: Turkey, Greece, Bul-garia and Romania.

The initial elements of this “bolt on” defence could be in place by 2010 and fully operational by 2015, in time for the deployment of the US system, Nato officials say. The bolt-on system deals with the objection that the US system would not cover all 26 Nato allies.

East envoy has accused the US of using undue pressure to impose a one-sided pro-Israeli agenda on diplomacy in the region and urged Ban Ki-Moon, UN secretary-general, to consider pulling out of the inter-national peace Quartet.

In a hard-hitting confidential report, in-tended for internal UN consumption, Alvaro de Soto, a veteran Peruvian diplo-mat who quit his Jerusalem-based post in May, said the Bush administration had forced through an international boycott of the Hamas government that had devastating consequences for the Palestinian people.

Relying on a “small clique of Palestinian interlocutors who tell them what they want to hear,” Washington was persuaded Hamas could be confronted and overthrown

by its internal rivals. Mr de Soto’s end-of-mission report, writ-

ten last month, emerged as Hamas gained further ground this week in battles against Fatah militias in the Gaza Strip, the latest and fiercest confrontation so far between the two factions.

As Hamas gave Fatah-aligned security personnel 48 hours to surrender their weap-ons, hundreds were on Wednesday reported to be fleeing across the Gaza border into Egypt.

In his 52-page report, Mr de Soto refers to a meeting at which two senior US officials, deputy national security adviser Elliott Abrams and assistant secretary of state David Welch, exerted pressure through “ominous innuendo” about Congress’s abil-ity to curb its funding of the UN.

He said the consequences of the policy of

the Quartet – the UN, US, European Union and Russia – had been to “take all pressure off Israel. With all focus on the failings of Hamas, the Israeli settlement enterprise and barrier construction has continued un-abated.”

Mr de Soto complains he was not author-ised by Kofi Annan, former UN secretary-general, to maintain contacts with Hamas ministers, although this was a natural role for UN diplomacy.

“Absent a change in policy.�.�.�the [UN secretary-general] should take a long, hard look at UN Middle East diplomacy.�.�.�In particular the question of the UN role in the Quartet needs to be reviewed.”

In further violence in Gaza on Wednes-day, two local employees of the UN’s refu-gee agency Unrwa were shot dead. Gunmen also opened fire on a demonstration by

some 1,000 civilians demanding an end to factional fighting that has claimed about 65 lives since the weekend.

very close too and would like to help out. She has no confidence in herself and is trapped by her current situation. Which is she is stuck with an abusive husband. I won't go into de-tails. But things are getting quite bad and I fear she stays there much longer she will take her life early. She does not know what to do or where to go from here. She has two kids and is scared to leave because she fears that this person would come after her and her chil-dren. She has got the police involved before but it made no difference and just resulted in things becoming worse.

So any theories on what she should do next or information on any places that can help and deal with this type of situation would be greatly appreciated. She lives in Pennsylvania.

who is without sin cast the first stone!" only pertains to the fact that we are not to judge and cast guilt on others without making sure we are not guilty ourselves of sin.

We all sin throughout our lives and we have gotten into a bad habit of punishing others for doing the same as we have done or do and have just not been caught doing the act.

If you look into the rest of the story regard-ing Mary and the stone throwing, Christ was stopping the crowed from virtually killing her for prostitution. But many of the men in the crowed used her services often. Therefore they were just as guilty as she was for the acts in the first place.

Christ did not say it was not wrong to prosti-tute, he showed a better way to deal with the problem using compassion, understanding and forgiveness.

I am not Christian but I have studied all re-ligions and Christ is one of my best teachers.

Any time you come across this type of in-formation you have to look deeply into the story that coincides with the message to fully understand what Christ is trying to say.

Remembering always that Christ talked in proverbs and his explanations are usually found in his story telling.

The main rules are: do not lie, do not inten-

tionally hurt any other living being, respect to all creation, and love. It is a

simple belief system and there is much discipline involved within the practice. Cults are groups of people. Peo-ple fear the word and apply it to groups they fear.

Wicca is the belief and love of Na-ture and all it is.

It has virtually nothing to do with Wicca. Wicca is a religion and sometimes works with magic but sometimes not.

person is on drugs. Many other things can at-tribute to a lose of weight as well, such as emotional issues not dealt with properly.

It is not necessarily the drug that causes weight loss but the attitude changes and emo-tional problems the person is living within. There would also be attitude changes, tem-perament changes and life changes if this per-son had a drug problem.

Weight loss would only be one of the many. To my knowledge the drug that usually is

attributed to losing weight is speed. Other drugs do effect weight loss but not to

the degree you speak of. Any drug with speed in it will block hunger but this person would have to be taking lots of it, on a daily basis to have the kind of effect you are asking about.

Tonight is a special evening devoted to dialogue and problem-solving about issues facing those who live, work and play in the Riverdale area. Toronto Playback Theatre will expand our repertoire of theatre-based techniques. We will employ both Playback Theatre and Augusto Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed as an approach to addressing the social issues that face us all in this community.

It is becoming clear that methods used in other countries to open housing for low income people are not transportable to the Canadian context.

“women’s housing take over” has come and gone. Little information is available about what the ‘next steps’ will be. As with most previous squats, likely the squatters will be focussed for awhile on avoiding convictions or jail time. They did get prompt bail.

To repeat the previous racoon article about squats, http:// www.qaz.ca/racoon/5-21-07.html, squats cannot solve more than a small part of the housing deficit. Only a few of the homeless and ill-housed would be able to function as part of the tight hous-ing co- operative that a successful squat would become.

A study of successful squatting elsewhere shows that conditions are adverse for squats in Canada to succeed. Squatting at-tempts should stop and new approaches should be tried.

at 4 Howard The public part of the squat began with

the usual picnic lunch and fiery speeches through megaphones. Then a noisy march through the streets led us to the site. The four squatters had been there for some time, making the squat ready.

This was the women’s squat, so male sup-porters were asked to march at the back of the parade and stay across the street until the situation calmed.

The police immediately cordoned off the squat. They quickly rousted the tents put up in the open space behind the property. These were carried around the corner to the ‘wildflower park’ across the street from the squat.

A typical leftist jamboree emerged, with people attempting to entertain the crowd, and a dinner was served. Some cheeky people laid tents on the sidewalk right in front of the police line. A clothesline was strung across the front of the building.

the end At first the police response was low key,

if large. Then in the evening, it became clear something was about to happen. From across the street, intense negotiations were seen taking place between the cops and the designated ‘deciders’ of the squat.

It began to rain furiously. Five police horses swept the crowd away from the front yard of the squat and across the street. The police line moved to the middle of the street.

The squatters were one by one removed through the front door into the paddy wagon in the laneway. One, two, three, four, and the paddy wagon left.

Then the horses repositioned them selves and tried sweeping the crowd down the street to Sherbourne. The crowd flowed around them. One woman was stepped on by a horse.

The cavalry came around for another try. This time the police line moved closer. The tents in the park were pulled up, smashed, and dragged away. Two cops on foot moved ahead of the horses, forcing people out of doorways and gaps between buildings.

Then, they pushed people across Sher-bourne. Finally, they followed people as they moved back to the starting point of the march and dispersed from there.

the whys The police did nothing for several hours

and then attacked suddenly. Usually, if they are going to bust the squat, they do it immediately.

It is thought that the police have a stand-ing order, since the Pope squat, to stop squats immediately. Even, apparently, when there is no legal basis for them to do

anything, as when the ownership is in dis-pute, as was the case of the Pope squat.

No clear information could be obtained from the pronouncements of the squats ‘deciders’ as to the status of the building. It was part of what had been a block of eight buildings. An old woman from the neighbourhood recalls that many people had lived there until ten years ago.

The buildings are clearly being ‘assembled’ for ‘redevelopment’. One building fell down on its own. There is now an empty space there, surrounded by chain fence. Other buildings were said to be in bad condition inside. Presumably 4 Howard is in tolerable shape.

The buildings are in a good location for condominium development; across from a park and along a picturesque street, and a block south of Sherbourne subway station. It is close to the swanky shops along Bloor by Rosedale, and to the cheap ser-vices on Sherbourne by Saint James town.

The most probable conclusion from this is that the squat’s ‘deciders’ had chosen a privately owned building, and the police decided to wait for approval from the own-ers.

when squats succeed A survey of squatting world-wide shows

that they succeed where there is a high vacancy rate, or when there is a huge num-ber of homeless people.

In the English speaking countries the common law legal tradition is used. This places more importance on the rights of property owners. In most European coun-tries it is easier to convince courts that hu-man need overrides property rights.

In Holland, anyone can win legal recog-nition of a squat if he or she has put in a bed and table, and placed a lock on the door. There are squatting federations in the major cities, giving advice and support to new squatters. But ‘wildcat’ squatting is discouraged.

The mayors of the four largest cities in Holland stated that an anti- squatting law is not in the public interest. Here is the key to the success of squats; if you have a vacant building, it is better to have a squatter liv-ing in it who has an interest in looking after it, than have it broken into by people who

do not care if they damage or destroy it. In countries of ‘the south’ people do not

take over buildings, they take over whole tracts of ground and build their own hous-ing out of whatever is at hand. Police usu-ally do not interfere because these squat-ters are very numerous, very desperate, and usually well armed.

what they were up against The above approaches will not work in

Toronto. There is very little vacancy. Squatable buildings like the Pope Squat are rare. Most vacant buildings are awaiting demolition. They are unsafe and unhealthy.

The politics of redevelopment in Toronto make it unlikely that laws allowing for temporary habitation of buildings slated for demolition or being ‘assembled’, will have much use.

But the city does own a lot of land on which housing could be built. Little new social housing is being built because there are powerful interests against letting it be built. But also, because social housing has been shown to be very bad housing.

No co-operative housing has been built lately, either. The problem with co-operatives is that people are able to obtain public land and public money to build, and can then sell it for a capital gain. The right wing manufactures perceptions that people who live in co- operative and social hous-ing are ‘freeloaders’.

The sub text driving all this hostility to new housing is the new governing princi-ple in the ‘global age’ that unless somebody is making a profit from it, it is ‘competing’ with people who want to make profits, and so these people will not allow it to happen.

This is why subsidised rent private hous-ing, or subsidised construction of low income housing, are now held as the only possible ways to create more housing.

Whatever money is available to build social housing, the city housing depart-ment wants to keep within its empire.

This is what the women’s housing take over was really up against when it marched down Sherbourne. But there are strategies which could lead to creating more housing for people who would like to live in a co-operative environment.

Harper Traitor-Watch

The Plan To Disappear Canada By Murray Dobbin TheTyee.ca If the machinations going on in this country

regarding so-called "deep integration" were instead a communist conspiracy to take over the country (you will, of course, have to try hard to imagine this) the news media would be blaring the story.

Pundits would pontificate, editorialists would erupt, security forces would be unleashed.

Instead, a virtual conspiracy to make the country disappear through assimilation into the U.S. gets barely a mention.

But news of the scheme -- formally called the <http://www.spp.gov/>Security and Pros-perity Partnership of North America (SPP) -- is finally breaking out of the secret chambers of the ruling elite and the federal government. This is both good news and bad. It's good that ordinary citizens are finally getting a glimpse of the betrayal of their country. The news is bad because it reflects just how much of this scheme is already being implemented.

Given the meetings of CEOs and politicians to advance the scheme politically, as well as all that must go into its actual implementation, there is simply too much activity to keep se-cret.

Ten dots to connect Here are 10 develop-ments in the plan to disappear Canada.

1) Pesticides 'harmonized.' The most thor-oughly reported story (though even this did not go much beyond the CanWest chain) was the revelation that Canada was about to "harmonize" its regulations, setting limits for pesticide residue on fruits and vegetables. In 40 per cent of the cases, the U.S. allows for higher levels. Richard Aucoin, chief registrar of the Pest Management Regulatory Agency, which sets Canada's pesticide levels, said that

Canada's higher levels were a "trade irritant." The downgrading of health protection had

been a NAFTA initiative, but is being "fast-tracked" as part of the Security and Prosperity Partnership. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Some 300 regulatory regimes are currently going through the same process.

2) Tory tirade. The next story that broke through the wall of media silence reported on the paranoid reaction of the Harper Conserva-tives to any criticism of the SPP. The occasion was hearings of the Commons International Trade Committee into the SPP, forced by the NDP.

Gordon Laxer, head of Alberta's Parkland Institute, was testifying on the energy implica-tions of the SPP, warning that eastern Canada could end up "freezing in the dark." He had barely started when the chair of the commit-tee, Conservative MP Leon Benoit, demanded that Laxer halt his "irrelevant" testimony. The Committee members overruled Benoit -- who promptly (and illegally) adjourned the meet-ing and stomped out. The NDP and Liberal members nonetheless continued without him.

3) Council of corporate power. The SPP initiative began in earnest back in 2002 with the Canadian Council of Chief Executives (formerly the BCNI), the most powerful cor-porate body in the country. It continues it leadership role, but does not promote the scheme just in its own name. It instead has helped create several supportive bodies that now help drive the agenda. Included in these are the <http://tinyurl.com/yw2yox>North American Competitive Council (NACC), which includes CEOs of the largest North American corporations, and which institution-alizes the exclusively corporate nature of the agreement. The NACC is the only advisory group to the three NAFTA/SPP governments.

4) Secretive summit. The NACC at least is public. But much of what happens in building the elite consensus for deep inte-gration is done in absolute secrecy or very privately, away from the prying eyes of the media. The most secretive of these was held last year from Sept. 12 to 14, in Banff Springs. As The Tyee reported, the gathering was sponsored by something called the North American Forum (http://thetyee.ca/Views/2007/06/08/

DeepIntegrate/#correction1)* and it was attended by some of the most powerful mem-bers of the North American ruling elite.

Attendees, according to a leaked list that could not be confirmed, included Donald Rumsfeld, George Schultz (former U.S. Sec-retary of State), General Rick Hillier, Defence Minister Gordon O'Connor and Minister of Public Safety Stockwell Day. The media was not informed of the meeting and it was first revealed by the weekly Banff Crag & Canyon.

Stockwell Day refused to even confirm he was there, but said that even if he was, it was a "private" meeting that he would not com-ment on. There is no better indication that these meetings, and the SPP itself, constitute a parallel governing structure -- unaccountable to any democratic institution or the public.

5) 'No fly' coordination. Canada will have its own "no-fly" list just like our U.S. "partner."

As the Council of Canadians pointed out: "The no-fly list is very much a Security and Prosperity Partnership initiative. 'The SPP Report to Leaders, August 2006' outlines <http://tinyurl.com/28ufzp>105 SPP initia-tives. Initiative #93 states, 'Develop, test, evaluate and implement a plan to establish comparable aviation passenger screening, and the screening of baggage and air cargo (for North America).'"

Canada's privacy commissioner Jennifer Stoddart has raised a number of concerns about the plan including the fact that the list will be shared with the U.S., that "false posi-tives" are a virtual certainty, and that there is

no evidence put forward by the government that the list will improve airline security.

6) Bye, bye Canadian dollar? David Dodge, the head of the Bank of Canada, told a Chi-cago audience that a single currency for North America "is possible." That would see a big chunk of Canadian sovereignty and the ability to guide the economy through monetary pol-icy go out the window. It's not the first time Dodge has mused about abandoning the Cana-dian dollar - or <http://tinyurl.com/2u8vde>deep integration.

7) Water and oil giveaways. The deep integra-tionists clearly see Canadian water as a North American resource, not a Canadian resource. At yet another very private meeting, held in Calgary on April 27th under the auspices of yet another forum, it was made clear that water is on the table for <http://tinyurl.com/yoft8l>negotiation.

Discussion of bulk "water transfers" and di-versions took place at a Calgary meeting of the North American Future 2025 Project (partly funded by the U.S. government). The meeting based its deliberations on the false notion that Canada has 20% of the world's fresh water. Ac-tual available supply amounts to only around six per cent -- about the same as has the U.S.

The water (and environment) meeting was preceded by another on April 26th talking about "North American" energy. The beneficiary of these discussions is pretty clear when you realize Canada has no national energy policy. We are the only energy exporting country in the world without a one.

VANCOUVER – Leuren Moret, Expert Witness at the 2004 Tokyo International Tri-bunal for War Crimes in Afghanistan and former Environmental Commissioner of the City of Berkeley, CA, will speak publicly for the first time in Canada, and address the Van-couver 9/11 Truth Conference on June 22-24, 2007 on the serious public health risk to Can-ada and the world posed by the use of De-pleted Uranium (DU) weapons by the U.S. military forces in Iraq, Yugoslavia and Af-ghanistan. Israel dropped over 4000 DU bun-ker-buster bombs on Lebanon in July 2006.

In April, 2007, Leuren Moret exposed the U.S. military’s illegal use of Depleted Ura-nium (DU) weapons in target practice in Ha-waii, in violation of U.S. military regulations. The elevated radiation readings she recorded were carried by ABC-TV news in Hawaii on April 29 & 30, 2007.

DU & 9/11 Leuren Moret reported similar elevated ra-

diation readings downwind from the Penta-gon in Washington, D.C. on September 11,

2001. Two days after 9/11, the U.S. Environ-mental Protection Agency (EPA) confirmed that the crash site rubble was radioactive and that it was probably Depleted Uranium (DU) contaminating the Pentagon crash site rubble. The entry and exit holes through the Penta-gon crash site were the signature of a kinetic energy penetrator, such as a Cruise missile, and the term “punch-out hole” was written by crash site investigators over the exit hole. This is a military term used for kinetic energy penetrators. Major Doug Rokke, former Di-rector of the Gulf War I DU Cleanup Team, reported that an email from the Pentagon 30 minutes after impact confirmed a Cruise mis-sile hit the Pentagon on 9/11.

Recently vast Uranium deposits have been reported in Khazakstan and Afghanistan. Khazakstan is expected to out-produce Can-ada in Uranium production within 12 years. This exposes the economic interests behind the events of 9/11, specifically the unjustified military attack by the U.S. on Afghanistan using 9/11 as a pretext.

PUBLIC HEALTH EFFECTS OF DE-PLETED URANIUM (DU)

The demonstrated public health effects of Depleted Uranium (DU) weapons include: Diabetes; Cancer; Birth defects; Chronic dis-eases caused by neurological and neuromus-cular radiation damage; Mitochondrial dis-eases (Chronic fatigue syndrome, Lou Ge-hrig’s, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s; Heart

and brain disorders); Global DNA damage in men’s sperm; Infertility in women; Learning disabilities such as autism, and dyslexia; Mental Illness; Infant mortality and low birth weights; Increase in death rates and decrease in birth rates.

Leuren Moret and Alfred Lambremont We-bre, JD, MEd, of the Institute for Cooperation in Space (ICIS) will also address the issue of the illegal use of Canadian Uranium in U.S. Depleted Uranium (DU) weapons world-wide. Canada is the world’s largest exporter of Uranium, and supplies 30% of the world’s uranium. 60% of Canadian Uranium is ex-ported to the USA. According to experts such as Dr. Rosalie Bertell, the preponderant majority of Depleted Uranium in U.S. DU weapons used in the Iraq War I (1991); Bal-kans War (1998); the Iraq No Fly Zone (1991-2003); the Afghanistan War (2001-2007); and Iraq War II (2003-2007) is of Ca-nadian origin, in non-compliance with Cana-dian law. The regulations of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission and the Canada-US Nuclear Cooperation Agreement prohibit the use of Canadian uranium in weapons, in-cluding DU weapons.

Depleted Uranium and DU weapons are already prohibited as Weapons of Mass De-struction under existing international conven-tions and treaties, including the 1925 Geneva Poison Gas Protocol. According to an Au-gust 2002 report by the UN Sub-commission,

laws which are breached by the use of DU shells include: “the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; the Charter of the United Na-tions; the Genocide Convention; the Conven-tion Against Torture; the four Geneva Con-ventions of 1949; the Conventional Weapons Convention of 1980; and the Hague Conven-tions of 1899 and 1907, which expressly for-bid employing 'poison or poisoned weapons' and 'arms, projectiles or materials calculated to cause unnecessary suffering'. All of these laws are designed to spare civilians from un-warranted suffering in armed conflicts."

Atomic weapons, Depleted Uranium poison gas weapons and the first Agent Orange pro-totype were developed in World War Two under the Manhattan Project to target civilian populations, for the specific purpose of de-population. The global pollution of the at-mosphere, with Depleted Uranium radioac-tive poison gas since 1991, is causing a global epidemic of chronic illnesses, which will contribute to extensive depopulation and ecological destruction. This is newly defined as Omnicide. Depopulation became the top U.S. National Security priority detailed in the “Global 2000” Report written by Henry Kiss-inger, Z. Brzezinski, Gen. Alexander B. Haig, and Sen Edward Muskie for Pres. Jimmy Carter. This National Security Policy of De-population is now being carried out by means of global low level radioactive DU pollution. Gelli was a close associate of Benito Mussolini. He was also closely affili-ated with Roberto Calvi, head of the scandal-ridden Vatican Bank. Calvi was murdered. Gelli's secret lodge consisted of extremely important people, including armed forces commanders, secret service chiefs, head of Italy's financial police, 30 generals, eight ad-mirals, newspaper editors, television and top business executives and key bankers - includ-ing Calvi. Licio Gelli and others in P2 were behind the assassination of Pope John Paul 1.

The central figure in Europe and South America that linked the CIA, Masonic Lodge, Vatican, ex-Nazis and several South Ameri-can governments, the Italian government and several international banks was Licio Gelli. He, with Klaus Barbie and Heinrich Rupp, met with Ronald R. Rewald in Uruguay to arrange for the Argentine purchase of the French-made Exocet missile, used in the Falkland Island attack to kill british soldiers.

Who is Gelli and why was he so important? To understand Gelli, one must understand

the complex post war years of Europe. The biggest threat to Europe in pre-war times was Communism - it was the great fear of Com-munism that gave birth to the Fascists and the Nazis. Though both sides were dreaded, the Fascists represented right-wing government, while the Communist represent left-wing government. It was the right-wing that the United States and the Catholic Church de-sired over Communism - because Commu-nism would destroy the capitalistic system. This is why the CIA and the Vatican had go through with Operation Paperclip. The Nazis had massive amounts of Soviet intelligence, had infilitrated Communist partisans, and were in no way going to be given up to the Soviet Union.

Gelli worked both sides. He helped to found the Red Brigade, spied on Communist partisans and worked for the Nazis at the same time, a double agent. He helped estab-lish the Rat Line, which assisted the flight of high ranking Nazi officials from Europe to South America, with passports supplied by the Vatican and with the full acknowledg-ment and blessing of the United States intelli-gence community. While on one hand, the U.S. participated in the war crime tribunals of key Nazi officials and maintained an alliance with the Communist Soviet Union, secretly, the U.S. was preparing for the cold war and needed the help of Nazis in the eventual struggle the U.S. would have with the Soviet

Union. Gelli's agreement with U.S. intelli-gence to spy on the Communists after the war was instrumental in saving his life. He was responsible for the murder and torture of hun-dreds of Yugoslavian partisans.

The Vatican provided support to Nazis and Fascists because the Communists were the real threat to the Church's survival. The Ital-ian Communists would have taxed the Church's vast holdings and the Church has had a dismal experience with Communist governments throughout the world - where religious freedom was stamped out.

Gelli was well connected with the Vatican from the days of the Rat Line and he worked for American intelligence, as well. Gelli formed the P-2 Masonic Lodge-which did not follow the direction of any Grand Lodge-and it was supplied with a sum of $10 million a month by the CIA. Its membership was a Who's Who in the intelligence, military and Italian community. So prominent was Gelli's influence, that he was even a guest of honor at the 1981 inauguration of President Ronald Reagan.

Gelli used blackmail in order to gain promi-nent members of his P-2 lodge, its member-ship is estimated at 2400 members, including 300 of the most powerful men in the Western World.. He was a close friend of Pope Paul VI, Juan Peron of Argentina, Libyan Dictator Muammar el-Qaddafi, and many high offi-cials in the Italian and American govern-ments - he is also reported to have had some financial dealings with the George Bush for President campaign.

Gelli and his P-2 lodge had staggering con-nections to banking, intelligence and diplo-matic passports. The CIA poured hundreds of millions of dollars into Italy in the form of secret subsidies for political parties, labor unions and communications businesses. At the same time the Agency continued its rela-tionship with far- right and violent elements as a back-up should a coup be needed to oust a possible Communist government. This cov-ert financing was exposed by the Prime Min-ister of Italy in a speech to Parliament. He indicates that more than 600 people in Italy still remain on the payroll of the CIA. Licio Gelli was an ardent Nazi and a perfect asset of the CIA. As part of Reinhard Gehlen's in-telligence team, he had excellent contacts. Licio was the go between for the CIA and the Vatican through his P2 Lodge.

Project Paperclip was stopped in 1957, when West Germany protested to the U.S. that these efforts had stripped it of "scientific skills." There was no comment about support-ing Nazis. Paperclip may have ended in 1957, but as you can see from Licio Gelli and his international dealings with the CIA in Italy/

P2, and Heinrich Rupp with his involvement in October Surprise, the ramifications of Paperclip are world-wide. The Nazis became employed CIA agents, engaging in clandestine work with the likes of George Bush, the CIA, Henry Kis-senger, and the Masonic P2 lodge. This is but one of the results of Operation Paperclip. Another um-brella project that was spawned from Paperclip was MK-

ULTRA. A secret laboratory was established and

funded by CIA director, Allen Dulles in Montreal, Canada at McGill University in the Allen Memorial Institute headed by psychiatrist Dr. Ewen Cameron. For the next several years Dr. Ewen Cam-eron waged his private war in Can-ada. What is ironic about Dr. Cam-eron is that he served as a member of the Nuremberg tribunal who heard the cases against the Nazi doctors.

When it was at its height in drug experiments, operation MK-ULTRA was formed. This was the brainchild of Richard Helms who later came to be a CIA director. It was de-signed to defeat the "enemy" in its brain-washing techniques. MK-ULTRA had another arm involved in Chemical and Biological Warfare (CBW) known as MK-D E L T A . T h e "doctors" who par-ticipated in these experiments used some of the same techniques as the Nazi "doctors". Techniques used by Dr. Cam-eron and previous Nazi scientists include electro shock, sleep deprivation, memory im-plantation, memory erasure, sensory modifi-cation, psychoactive drug experiments, and many more cruel practices.

Project Paperclip brought us MK-ULTRA. Paperclip ultimately brought in key players involved in the Assassination of Pope 1, Oc-tober Surprise (sabotage of Carter's peace talks), and a great many other things still classified to this day. The results of Project Paperclip were devastating, and very far reaching. I guess that is what you would ex-pect from collaborating with Nazis.

This research shows that the OSS/CIA that was formed in the National Security Act, the same agency that employed hundreds of Na-zis, has been in alliance with the Vatican through various Agency connections such as Licio Gelli. The CIA/Vatican alliance that Assassinated Pope John Paul 1, JFK, and hundreds of dictators of 3rd world countries is the Illuminati.

The federal government is going "overboard" with a program, launching Monday, that will check airline passengers' names against a Canadian "no-fly" list of those deemed to be poten-tial threats, a transportation expert warns.

Who may be placed on the 'no-fly' list: An individual who has been involved in a terrorist group and who, it can reasonably be sus-

pected, will endanger the security of any aircraft or aerodrome, or the safety of the public, passengers or crew members.

An individual who has been convicted of one or more serious and life-threatening crimes against aviation security.

An individual who has been convicted of one or more serious and life-threatening offences and who may attack or harm an air carrier, passengers or crew members.

nipeg, said Transport Canada's Specified Persons list is "sort of a charade" to make people feel like they have greater security.

"I don't think it's going to help one bit," Prentice told CBC News on Sunday. "What terror-ist is going to travel with their own name and passport? It's like a bank robber using his own card to have a heist.

"These people are going to steal or create a forged passport and identification if they're go-ing to do anything anyway."

On the other hand, he warned, some travellers could be wrongly identified as security risks under the Passenger Protect program — and wind up with all kinds of problems.

He expressed doubts about whether Transport Canada's Office of Reconsideration would be able to end those headaches for people who find themselves wrongly added to the list.

"If your name is incorrectly put on, then you'll have a way [through the Office of Reconsid-

eration] of getting your name off that list, but that doesn't mean if they give this list to a foreign airline, it doesn't end up on the U.S.

no-fly list or some other countries' no-fly lists." Prentice said he sees the list as "simply as being an appeasement for the U.S. paranoia,"

adding the system "hasn't shown any particular efficacy there." The U.S. no-fly list entered the public spotlight after the attacks on Washington and New

York on Sept. 11, 2001. Before the hijackings of four airliners on that day, the U.S. list had 16 names on it, according to CBS's 60 Minutes. Since then, the list has expanded to include about 44,000 names, it reported.

"We're having a no-fly list because they have a no-fly list.… They want us to have one and we want to open trade with the U.S., so we're getting one."

Prentice said the Canadian government should limit the size of its no-fly list and make sure the number of names doesn't get into the thousands.

"Let's limit it to the size of a hockey team and let's kept it public," he said. "I just think this is overboard."

In May, the federal government announced that as another part of the Passenger Protect program, all travellers 12 and older on flights within Canada, from Canada and destined for Canada would have to show valid photo identification, or two pieces of additional ID, one of which shows date of birth, name and gender, before they will be issued a boarding pass.

In June, the government said it was temporarily easing the rules so that travellers in Canada who appear to be between 12 and 17 years of age would require only one piece of govern-ment-issued identification, with or without photo, before boarding an aircraft.

Christian Judeo-Amour Christians seek to obey Jesus, the "Prince

of Peace" who only blessed the merciful. How can that mean supporting a Jewish state where such statements are spoken by main-stream religious and litigious leaders?

Well-meaning evangelicals by the millions genuinely think it's their Christian duty to "bless God's chosen people" by refraining from criticism and offering virtually unlim-ited military, monetary, and moral support.

Such Christians consume an abundant diet of Christian Zionism, glorification of Juda-ism and villainization of Islamic militants. They have no room left for the possibility that Israel provoked Arab aggression by re-ducing millions to daily misery and political helplessness. They largely fail to wonder if Christ really smiles on the Chosen People as they continue to reject Him, describing Him with profanity and refusing to allow Christian evangelism. Among mainstream American Christians, there is virtually no meaningful dissent about Israel.

Instead of truth, pro-Jewish zealotry flows like wine. Richard Bartholomew, a blogger for Salon, recently (http://blogs.salon.com/0003494/2007/06/01.html) reviewed "the latest crop of apocalyptical Christian Zionist and anti-Islamic titles from Christian publishers" advertised in Christian Retailing magazine. The magazine reports having al-ready pre-sold lots of copies of Mike Evans'

More new releases include Culture Clash: Islam's War on America and In Defense of Israel, by John Hagee. Major Christian pub-lishers like Tyndale and Harvest House have made a fortune from Mideast titles that are staunchly pro-Zionist. Tim LaHaye, of Left Behind fame, has a new book set for release in September, Global Warning: Are We on the Brink of World War III? Bartholomew notes wryly that Tyndale is set to release a third edition of Armageddon, Oil and Terror: What the Bible Says About the Future of America, the Middle East, and the End of Western Civilization. Its supposedly solid predictions have already needed to be revised twice, but Tyndale has still sold more than 2 million copies.

Such books are attractive to many with their simplistic celebration of the US and shallow reading of Scripture. They pretend to explain complicated and frightening geopo-litical reality with easy-to-follow plans: sup-port Israel, support the war on terror, Mus-lims are evil, Jews and Christians are good.

This intellectual junk food fills tables across America because real truth about Is-rael and Judaic supremacism is forbidden in public. Many patriotic Christians will con-sider 2008 presidential candidates in light of the Islamophobia and devotion to the Jewish state they learn from FOX News and the pul-pit. The same as Jews, they will ask: Who supports Israel and Bush's war? Who is will-ing to use nukes on Iran?

Doubtful Brethren The increasing Judaization of the evangeli-

cal church is also reflected in the growth of Messianic Judaism. Messianic Jews believe in Christ but also assert a Jewish identity. The Jewish Forward reports, "According to several movement leaders and scholars of religion, messianic Judaism is expanding rap-idly in communities across the American South, a growing region of the country that is attracting new Jewish residents more gener-ally."

Forward quotes Derek Leman, who leads a Messianic synagogue in Atlanta: "In the Bi-ble belt, you have many Christians who love Israel, so we attract more gentiles [to our ser-vices], plus there are a lot more intermarried couples down here than there would be in the Northeast."

"It is a trend alarming to Jewish communal leaders," says Forward. As more and more Gentile Christians become infatuated with Israel and the idea of Judaism, this cross-pollenization should worry more than Jewish leaders! The New Testament teaches that in Christ, "There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." (Gal. 3:28) The growing popularity of a Christian/Jewish identity and Zionism should deeply concern any Christian pastor or layman with a working knowledge of the New Testament's warnings against Ju-daizers in the early church--"Christian Jews" who wanted to bring the church back into bondage to Old Testament and rabbinic ob-servances and traditions.

One Good Man? Speaking the whole truth about Jewish po-

litical power and activism today is personally costly-to reputation, relationships, and cer-tainly to career. A person would have to be motivated either by great hate or by great love. It was great love that compelled St. Paul to rebuke the rabbinic leaders of his time and also Judaizers in the church who exalted manmade religion over redemption through Christ. Paul said love for Jews filled him with "sorrow and unceasing anguish" as he longed for his brothers to know the truth and submit to God.

The greatest compassion is God's interven-tion in our lives, revealing our depravity and offering escape. Humans can share God's compassion by speaking the whole truth about evil acts, ideas, systems and even indi-viduals.

Calling evil by its name is an act of love-especially when it carries personal cost. The person who will not speak truth about evil pays no social price. He also has no love. And he becomes complicit with that evil. Only truth offers hope of change, of repen-tance and salvation.

Christian leaders fear the whole truth about the Judaic agenda and believe their reputa-tions and ministries will be destroyed if they speak this truth. They also believe Jews can't bear the whole truth about the elite minority of evil leaders directing their Tribe. But the wisest, kindest Being who ever walked the earth-the Son of God-told us that when we know the truth, it will set us free. It is high time America's Christian leaders acted as if they believed Him.
