nance Prohibiting the Ownership of a Pit Bull Dog or a breed of the Pit Bull Line to be kept inside the City Limits of Oberlin, KS. There is an established fine for having a Pit Bull in the City. This fine is set at $450.00 with court cost of $65.00 for EACH Pit Bull.

This Ordinance is under Article 4 and Sec-tion 2-401, under Chapter 2: Animal Con-trol and Regulations. If there are any ques-tions regarding this Notice, you need to contact the Chief of Police, City Attorney or the Animal Control Officer.
