You are hereby notified that a petition datedFebruary 9, 2007, has been filed in this courtby Alene Scott, as the executor named in theLast Will and Testament of Donald Scott, de-ceased, praying for probate of the will, and forthe appointment of Alene Scott as Executor ofthe estate.
You are further advised that the petitionerin this matter has requested administration pur-
suant to the Kansas Simplified Estates Act, andif such request is granted the court may not su-pervise administration of the estate and no fur-ther notice of any action of the Personal Rep-resentative or other proceedings in the estatewill be given except for notice of final settlementof the decedent’s estate.
