DMISTON AT THE MONACO YACHT SHOW
– this year our presence is more spectacular than ever. 50 per cent more yachts, 50 per cent more stand space,
100 per cent more choice.
With eight yachts at the Show, a further nine nearby at anchor and two new yacht presentations, the Edmiston
fleet includes yachts and concepts from 26 – 110 metres built by Feadship, Nobiskrug and Oceanco.
Throughout the size and price spectrum, we have classic from 1954, traditional from 1990, contemporary
from 2010, due for launch in 2012 and a dramatic design for 2014.
Our landmark waterfall stand has increased in size by 50 per cent. With the addition of an open-plan lounge,
clients can review the fleet before setting off for inspections with their Edmiston broker. For greater privacy our
mezzanine and first floor meeting rooms provide air-conditioned comfort.
Every yacht at the Show can be inspected through Edmiston and our expertise will give you the most
competitive comparisons.
The Edmiston Terrace at the Port Palace Hotel is reserved exclusively for our clients. Over a chilled glass of
champagne your options can be considered and deals done in a cool, calm environment 50 metres above the Show.
Our entire Yacht Show team of 40 directors, brokers, tender drivers and chauffeurs is dedicated to one
objective: making your day a success. Edmiston tenders will take you to the yachts, BMW limousines will collect
you from Nice and Cannes airports or your hotel.
Only Edmiston has so many resources focussed on client service and the presentation of the widest fleet
of yachts. It is like a private yacht show.

WALLY HAS ALWAYS BEEN THREE IDEAS encapsulated in one brand: sharp design,
performance and innovation. After a recent investment by entrepreneur John Hunt,
uncompromised levels of quality and attention to detail are a fundamental part of the
yachts. With Luca Bassani’s continued vision and creativity, the appeal of the Wally
brand is stronger than ever.
For a long time people have used the phrase “like a villa on water” to describe the
relationship between interior and exterior space – but trust Wally to take the idea and
turn it into a radical concept.
WallyAce is 26 metres of highly practical ideas all of which make the very most of
life on land and sea.
Outside, there are three areas, the most astonishing of which is a roof terrace (effectively
a sun deck) over the entire length of the superstructure. At 59 square metres it is an
incredible amount of space on a 26 metre yacht.
Both foredeck and aft provide a choice of where to dine, entertain or relax, either
partly shaded or open to the sun.
The main saloon has 2.2 metre ceiling height and windows that provide 360 degree
views. Glass, polished steel, teak panelling and floor boards, create an incredibly bright,
inspiring atmosphere. An important part of the design has been to minimise the barriers
between inside and outdoor living.
On the lower deck the owner’s suite is positioned aft and opens directly onto a private
terrace by the sea, effectively providing panoramic infinity views.
WallyAce performance means comfort and practicality. Let us be clear, this is not
a lean speed machine but a beautifully crafted laidback lifestyle yacht. With a huge beam
of 7.8 metres, gyro stabilizers and low revving Caterpillar engines, the WallyAce promises
superb seakeeping and highly economic running with a fuel consumption of 52 litres
per hour at 10 knots. All this on top of the huge internal volume and external space of over
128 square metres.

RADIANCE IS A CONCEPT that answers the question of where to go if 99.9 metres is
just not large enough. At 110 metres, unsurprisingly, she has the length to make every
concept come to life – it is an overworked phrase but there are no compromises.
Enormously graceful lines sweep from the sloping transom through to the plumb
bow, seamlessly integrating the upper decks. The trick, as usual, is in a sheer line that is
extremely elegant and quite unlike the more angular shapes of so many very large yachts.
Deck space is staggering with a 13 metre pool and twin staircases that connect
the duplex beach club. A swim-up bar, outdoor cinema, full-beam deck lounge and
waterside dining are just a few features of note. The forward helipad is strengthened
to land a large helicopter.
The internal layout is based around a double-height glass atrium with saloons of
different sizes and styles providing space for every different occasion as well as intimate
areas for just two guests to feel at home.
An Owner’s deck includes a private lounge and dining area, a truly palatial master
cabin as well as twin VIP staterooms and cabins for personal staff.
Technical specifications feature diesel electric propulsion, Azimuth drive, a top
speed of 18 knots, 5500 mile range and two 12 metre tenders.
Designed by Claydon Reeves, Radiance is one of the most elegant, large yacht
projects currently under development. Not just big, not just impressive but a yacht
that is staggeringly beautiful.

best of both worlds. At 50 metres, we have a superb project under construction with
all of the latest performance enhancing developments. The new Owner could fine tune
the interior design concept or take delivery as a turn-key yacht of exceptional quality.
With Loro Piana cashmere panelling, the minimalist interior has a chic colour
scheme of grey, silver, black and bronze on panels of wood, leather and onyx.
Ten guests sleep in a full-beam master and a combination of guest suites that
is totally up to the Owner to decide. All guest staterooms have moveable panels
enabling suites to be configured as required.

Burrasca was the first aluminium hull developed and enhanced by Ron Holland.
In fine condition, the yacht has been lightly used and never chartered.
With elegant cherry panelling, five staterooms easily becomes six by converting
the substantial gym. On the main deck, the separate lounge and dining saloon
could be united into an enormous entertaining area. A particular advantage of the
56 metres series is the extended deck that allows for two gull-wing foredeck tender
lockers as well as a very substantial transom garage.

One of the largest Feadships available to charter, Utopia combines exceptional
amounts of space with an exquisite Redman Whiteley Dixon interior. Sunbathe, dine
or relax on either a sun deck towering over the sea, or a bridge deck with umbrellas

deck, extending through a bar / saloon / cinema and out onto an aft deck dining terrace.

THE HIGHLANDER IN THE HAMPTONS
The Hamptons are known for sensational houses overlooking the ocean, beach life
and the summer social whirl. However, this year one of the most talked about events
in town was not held in a house – but on board an Edmiston yacht. The Highlander
was the setting for a party hosted by new CEO Mark Cornell, Nicholas Edmiston and
international polo player Nacho Figueras at Sag Harbor Yacht Club.
A vintage Feadship built in 1967, the Highlander has been totally restored and now
combines modern systems with a period colonial interior of high-gloss teak panelling,
Indonesian furniture and a gloriously classic aft deck, where guests such as Liev
Schreiber, Michael Michele, Sally Hershberger, Dylan Lauren, WSJ’s Marshall Heyman
and Forbes’ Leah Bourne were served Dom Perignon and rosé wine with canapés
provided by New York dining hotspot the Fat Radish.
