The major challenge in this type of application is to feed the primary crushers with a precise dosage, specially when working with barren materials heterogeneous or with high content of clays, soil or any other material. If it has high moisture content, the challenge is greater.
We have developed a full range of apron feeders that can meet these challenges and yield perfect results. In addition, our machinery reduces almost completely the maintenance due to its reliable and sturdy design that is functionally simple.

ARVTP Feeder
For feeding materials which, due to their tendency to plug, cannot be treated with vibrating feeders, TRIMAN has developed a range of dual-direction heavy-duty fee-ders with different widths and lengths, adaptable to all kinds of primary crushers.
They are characterised by their sturdiness, reliability and low maintenance requirement.
Normally assembled with a gradient of 5º, it provides a very constant flow in despite of their dual-direction ope-ration thanks to the design of the drive rods and the op-tion of modifying the trajectory.

The pre-screen APTM feeder is designed for the classifi-cation of materials at the input of crushing and washing plants for aggregates with a small-medium particle size.
Due to the variation in frequency and amplitude in the feeder upper classification bars, it works properly with materials that are dirty and with high clay content.
It is offered with one or two classification levels, with a conventional lower mesh for a more precise cut.

Impact crushers generally involve high inflow and pro-duction rates. Our engineering department has developed secondary crushers for materials that are highly abrasive, pebbes or coming from primary crushers.
Impact crushers are also necessary for shape correction (cubicity) in products with a large particle size, such as track ballast.
The secondary IST impact crushers are perfectly suited to these tasks and can produce graded-aggregate (0-50 mm) in a single run or to correct the shape of scaly material that is coming from other crushers.

TRIMAN has developed MRT breaker for soft and semi-hard materials, such as clay, coal, limestone and gypsum. These breakers reduce sizes of these types of materials, even in conditions of high moisture content, preventing the adherence and compacting of these materials.

The crushing process in mining and quarrying applica-tions requires the detection of non-crushable materials in the crushing process in order to prevent damage in the crushing machine. Such damage usually entails high costs and long down times.
The TDM metal detectors confront this problem by crea-ting a magnetic field in the conveyor belt. If a metallic object passes, the detector emits a light and sound signal and stops the belt and feeder. The sensitivity can be regu-lated on TDM detectors to avoid unnecessary stops due to small-sized metallic materials that do not pose a risk to the crushing machinery.

As a result of ever-increasing demands of current official standards, greater productions and grading requirements, which need to be more precise and accurate from one day to the next, we have developed the new range of TRIMAN CVT vibrating screens.Sturdiness, simplicity and efficiency have been our refe-rence points for development. Modern CVT screens are designed for changing in fre-quency and amplitude and can be adapted to the grading of any grain size, operating usually with acceleration up to 5G.Our screens can be equipped with metallic sieves, per-forated steel plate, rubber or polyurethane sieves (either in modules or with side stressing), with frames for all needs.

In response to the continous-increasing demand for fine sand, specially used for heavy-duty concrete and quali-ty mortar, it is essential to use efficient screens in work applications, even under 1 mm. When the difficulty of the process is combined with current production requirement levels, conventional screens do not provide the required surface coverage. With their limitations in terms of fre-quency and gradient, the work becomes more complica-ted and sometimes even impossible to carry out.
The technical department of TRIMAN has developed and patented an innovative system that is particularly effi-cient for fine granular grading (sand) although it can also work with medium-sized grading (gravel).

The SBT bar separator is designed for the elimination of soil and clay, which normally accompany aggregates, prior to the crushing process. The aim is to prevent these barren materials from affecting the final quality of the aggrega-tes, which is becoming increasingly important today.
The separator works by overturning large rocky particles on the steps and classifying on the two levels all smaller particles that contain soil and clay.

Due to the demand for improving quality in aggregates, both sedimentary and barren materials from the quarry, it is necessary to effectively eliminate the soil and clay that accompanies the aggregate.
Basic elements, such as pre-wash ramps and screen spra-yers, are not enough to eliminate adherent materials (sur-face) that is normally contained in the product.
TRIMAN has solved this problem with their TLT washing drums, which are designed for overturning and attritio-ning the aggregates and the water, dissolving the soil and clay content.

For the production of hydraulic concretes, it is necessary a high technology for preparing good quality aggregates. Now, the use of decanting wheels is insufficient and the final product is not satisfactory, both in terms of equiva-lence and in fine modules, due to poor washing or loss of fine particles.
As a partial solution, hydro-cyclones with drawers are installed to recover fine particles, as well as drainers. Our technical department has gone one step further by deve-loping compact equipment that fully solves this problem.

In installations with washers for aggregates or minerals, it is necessary to eliminate the moisture content in the materials so that the water has no a negative effect on the machines, belts, decanters, hydro-cyclones, etc.
The EVT vibrating drainers are an effective device to elimi-nate water content and improving the washing process by eliminating the water in dissolved clay and soil.
The vibrating drainer is a screen with an ascending slo-pe (normally 5º) with a filtering mesh below 0.2-2 mm mesh openings, depending on the material that is being processed.

The LNT wheel washers designed by TRIMAN are used to recover sand from the washing process. The loss of fine particle is minimized with a high draining capacity.
This is a very sturdy model that is practically maintenance free. We are pioneers in installing epicyclical geared mo-tors driven by hydraulic motors mounted directly on the axle. Due to the increasing environmental concerns in the in-dustry and in an attempt to protect our ecological su-rroundings and minimize the negative effects of indus-trial activities, it is necessary to purify and recover the water used in the process of washing aggregates. The first step is to recover 100% of the water that is used and to eliminate the concentration of sludge.
TRIMAN introduces its full range of DLT sludge decanter that have been designed to treat the water used in the washing process. This kind of product is particularly sui-ted to the aggregate industry.
