Make tonnage, seer rating and warranty information. 2. Gas units of 120,000 bty, 92+%. 3. Repair of any lawn damages. 4. Startup of unit. 5. Any other necessary items, permits, or special applications to complete job. 6. Removal of refrigerant from existing units. 7. Clean up of a job site when finished.
