• Trees for Schools – part funding of projects up to £700 • Community Trees – 75% funding available
• Orchard Windfalls • Must involve young people in planning, design and planting

Woodland Trust • Free Trees for Schools • Trees also available to non-profit community
groups and charities • Various themed tree packs available such as
“Wild harvest”, “wildlife friendly” and “Plant for pollinators”
• Up to 420 trees – enough for a small football pitch or over 100 metres of hedgerow.
• Subsidised tree packs also available to purchase from as little as 25pence per tree often including spiral guards and canes for protection.
• Currently taking applications for delivery in 2019/2020

Community Chest Fund

• Each Cornwall Councillor has a small grant allocation to assist projects run by voluntary and community groups in the Cornwall Council area they represent
• Groups and organisations can apply for these small grants, which range between a minimum of £100 and a maximum of £1,000
• This money could be used to fund planting, hedging, and other environmental improvements that benefit your local area.
