Cancellations of Appointments

• We request 24hrs notice for cancellation or rescheduling, otherwise 50% of appointment cost

will be charged.

• Clients “not showing” for an appointment, will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

• Beauty packages must give 48 hours notice of cancellation.

• Course appointments missed or late will automatically be deducted from course.

• If clients cancel with less than 24hrs notice or do not show for their appointment, they will be

asked to pay a 50% deposit to secure their next appointment.

What is Dermaplaning?Dermaplaning is an effective and safe exfoliation procedure. It uses a sterile surgical scalpel that is brushed along the skin to remove the hair and skin cells. It is generally a stand alone procedure, great for those special occasion (red carpet facial) as they is no down time. The procedure makes skin look and feel smoother. There is no need to worry about the hair on your face getting any thicker/darker, since dermaplaning only targets the vellus hair (peach fuzz) the hair will grow back the same size and color, it is physiologically impossible for the hair to grow back thicker and dark, so no need to panic and worry. Dermaplaning is usually performed every th four to six weeks. It is good to have the skin complete its normal rejuvenation cycle, which is thirty days, before going back and having the treatment done again.
