Protect Your Profits with Pre-Authorized Transactions Cashiers
are guided through the prompts required for each driver to provide
quick service without expensive training. Incorrect prompt entries
are highlighted in red so they can be quickly corrected without
paying a fee for a declined transaction. Every transaction can be
pre-authorized to lower the risk of fraud and drive offs.
A pre-authorization receipt is printed showing the customer’s
limits for fuel, reefer, cash advance and items. The cashier can
then authorize the dispenser up to the limits with confidence.
Easy to Setup, Easy to UseOnce you setup your EZ-Auth using
simple, step-by-step instructions and your system is connected to
the Internet, our implementation team will conduct a 2 hour remote
setup session with you. We make sure to review all the features
that you will need to process truck fleet transaction
efficiently.
