The following is a list of the required documents you need to prepare for visa processTo avoid any delay in the processing of visa, make sure all the question are answeredProperly on the Application FormMake sure photocopy of your documents to submit for Visa Process need neat & clean copy which are acceptable by

*( 1 ) Important about PassportA PASSPORT that valid for more than 7 MONTH with 3 or 4 Blank pagesare available in your Passport for your HAJJ VISA Process.(PASSPORT must valid for atleast 7 MONTH on the date of your journey start from Canada

*( 2) Important about PR CardFor NON CANADIAN PASSPORT holders need valid status of Canadian Immigration( P R CARD ) PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD( Make sure to check EXPIRY DATE of PR CARD properly ) must be valid to till yourreturn date of journey to CANADA.

We need neat & clean photo copy only for both side of PR CARD for visa process

*( 3) A completed and Signed & Dated Visa Application, original for adult &If Visa Application for children under 14 years old need signature of

Any one of their parent, and write beside signature ( Father ) or ( Mother )Make sure all the questions are answered properly on the application form. .*( 4) 4 passport size photographs (4cm x 6cm) with white background for each traveler(ladies preferably in Hijab). Please write the name on back of each photograph

*( 5) A Copy of Intenational Vaccination Cetificate stamped by clinic or doctor showing vaccination certificateagainst Meningitis (Meningicocal) indicating that the inoculation was given during the period dating back ten(10) days to three(3) years prior to the entry date to the Kingdom and according to following doses(One (1) dose of (ACYW 135 vaccine) for children over the age of two years and also for adults .For Children under 15 years old must also need POLIO RECORD & MENIMGITIS both copy.Two doses of (A) for chidren between three (3) month and two (2) years of age.

*( 6) Ladies and children need proper proof of relationship copy (MARRAGECERTIFICATE for married Couples) & ( Long BIRTH CERTIFICATE for children indicating names of both parents ) In English, French or Arabic Language are accepted by Saudi Embassy.

*(7) If children under 18 years old age Traveling for HAJJ with single parent so a notarizedLetter of permission from the absent parent is required, &a Photo ID with signature of his or her Passport Copy or

Driving Licence Copy need to attached with( Letter of Permission)

*(8) If some one has a non Muslim name,he or she should submit a certificate from a Mosqueor an Islamic Center stating that APPLICANT is a Muslim

Impotant About HAJJ DRAFT*(10) Bank Draft must be drawn on one of the accredited banks in SAUDI ARABIA.(a) Prepare One (1) Bank Draft in the Amount of SR, 1029.00 ( SAUDI RIYALS CURRENCY) payable to the UNIFIED AGENTS OFFICE IN JEDDAH, for each person seprate, from your any Candian Bank (b) Children between 7 & 15 years of age pay half of the above mentioned amounts.(c) Children under the age of 7 are exempted.(d) Seprate Bank Draft are required for each person.(e) Provide us only a photo copy of Draft with your passport & other documents for Hajj Visa Process. Make a photocopy of each Hajj Draft on seprate page to attach in your file seprartely.(f) Orignal Bank Draft of Hajj you have to carry with your importants documents when you start your Hajj Journeyfrom your home country to Saudi Arabia Jeddah, The Ministry of Hajj Officers will collect this original Hajj Draft amount of SR 1029.00( SAUDI RIYAL CURRENCY), from each of you with your passport at Jeddah Airport when you arrived.
