The Big Bale TranstackerDesigned not only to provide an easy,simple and efficient way of collectingand stacking bales in the field. It alsohas the ability to collect the stackedbales from the storage location, transportthem to anywhere you desire and placethem on a variety of surfaces includinginside barns and sheds ready for collectionor just for storage. The stack can thenbe taken down at your convenienceand still remain solid thanks to theunique way the stack can be builtusing the auto tie option that isstandard on all models.

Pick UpThe new and improved pick up function can be adjusted without leavingthe cab for varying bale sizes and uses twin assister supports to ensurea smooth movement capable of handling most bale sizes. Large tines gripthe bales securely ready for transition onto the turntable. This works inconjunction with the guide bar so the process of aligning the bale for pickup is incredibly simple. The guide bar will automatically retract when“Road Mode” is selected for safety. There are also two spare tinesmounted on the chassis as standard.

Simply align the bale with the righthand wheel of the tractor and driveforwards until it is held in positionwith the guide bar and pick up frame.

Activate the auto pick up functionon the advanced joystick control andlarge double tines penetrate the baleholding it securely on the pick upframe, lifting it clear of the groundwithout stopping or slowing yourforward movement.

The bale is placed on the turntablepushing any previously collectedbales to the far side, the tines thenretract and the pick up returns to itshome position ready for the nextbale all in one smooth automaticmovement.

TurntableThe large capacity turntable canhandle all sizes of bales listedwithout any modification oradjustment. It is capable ofstacking the bales passed on fromthe pick up by either raising in theforward position or rotatingthrough 90 degrees so the stackcan be tied together for saferstacking as the double row ofstrengthened tines secure thebales in place. This tie-in functioncan be performed with one flickof the advanced joystick controlin the cab at any point in the load.Once vertical, the turntable will

then push the bales rearwards tolocate them as the start of thestack or guiding any previouslyplaced bales towards the rear toform the remainder of the stack.The turntable will also stay in

place when the “Full Load”function is activated and act as aclamp to secure the stack whenraising at the stack site.

ChassisThe ultra strong chassis is a provendesign and is now built on a productionline for maximum strength and reliability.Conforming to ISO 9000 standards forquality and manufacturing.

Side ClampsThese have been designed with the maximum possible strengthbut still retaining a narrow profile for overall machine width andweight savings. Depending on the size of bale being stacked,the side clamps can be used as a guide for the bales travellingalong the bed when creating a stack or left open. When the“Full Load” function is activated the clamps will automaticallygrip the bales so you can proceed to the stack site withouthaving to worry about adjusting any settings ready for tipping.

Rear PadsAs with the Side Clamps, maximum strength is the priority.When a full load is sensed the clamps will automatically grip thebales with massive force thanks to the revolutionaryhydraulic system ready for tipping.Both the Rear Pads and the Side Clamps can be lowered

for storage or transport of the trailer.

Tipping andCollectionOne of the unique featuresof the Big Bale Transtackeris the ability to not onlyvertically stack the bales ithas collected but also pickthem up again for transportto another location.

When the tipped stack is in position,activate the joystick control which thenstarts to open all clamps.

The bales are held securely using theTurntable, Side Clamps and Rear Padsand reversed toward the existing stack.The trailer can be tipped whilst moving.

Drive away, one simple and efficientprocedure. Picking up the stack is just amatter of reversing this process.

Control SystemThe new control system is a revolution indesign allowing the operator to manageall functions easily and comfortablyespecially over a long working day andincorporates a “Road Mode” for totalsafety when transporting on highwaysand long distances to stack sites. It alsomakes every setting customisable so theoperator can tailor the machine to theirspecific needs.
