Sample size: 100% of all cattle during one production day Following the conclusion of each shift, recorders should speak with the yards supervisor and USDA inspector to obtain a complete list of USDA Suspect and USDA Condemned animals for that shift. The reason for each suspect and condemned animal should be recorded and the animal sex and type should be circled.
