Choose the type of team for which you will use the tools in this particular plan: 1.District complete tools with all district transition-age students with disabilities in mind. 2.School/Building - complete tools with these students in mind. 3.Other can be any type of team, including a county team (e.g. CCoT), charter school, etc. 2.Name your team include enough information to easily identify this team; include a date since you may have multiple teams. 3.Click Add this team.
