1. Login

1.1 LWB Login

Log in using correct credentials of LWB operator.

2. Weighbridge

2.1 Capture in Weight

After login as LWB Operator you will be navigated to Capture in Weight Page . Image is given below:-

Steps to follow : 1. Select Truck or Token from the two given options. 2. If you have selected Truck, you have to enter the Truck Number else if you have choosen

Token then you will have to choose Token Number from the drop down option. 3. You will get the details as shown below :

4. Click on Capture Weight Button. A dialog box (sample shown in image ) will open where

you have to enter the Truck Weight and then click ok to get the weight on form else click on cancel to return .

5. Click on Save to save . You will get INWEIGHT SLIP.

6. Click on Cancel will navigate you to Weight Bridge Detail List Page.

2.2 Capture Out Weight

By clicking on Weighbridge Menu .A drop down list of menu’s will appear from which you have to click on Capture Out Weight.

Now You will Navigate to Capture Out Weight Page .

Steps to Follow :-

1. Select the desired Token Number which will list all the details of that Token. 2. Enter The Gross Weight and click on Save . You will get dialog in which you have option to

2.3 Capture Second Weighment

By clicking on Weighbridge Menu .A drop down list of menu’s will appear from which you have to click on Capture Second Weighment.

You will Land to Capture Second Weighment Page .

Steps to Follow :-

1. Select the Token Number from the drop down .All the details related to that Token will be displayed in respective fields.

2. Enter the Remarks in the remarks filed . 3. Click on the Save Button to save the Details, A dialog box will open as shown in the image

4. Cancel Button will navigate you to Weight Bridge Detail List Page .

2.4 Truck Chit List

By clicking on Weighbridge Menu .A drop down list of menu’s will appear from which you have to click on Capture Second Weighment.

You will Land to the Truck Chit List Page .

Steps to Follow:-

1. By Default it will show 10 entries, you can change it by clicking on the drop down (Show__Entries)

2. You can search a keyword you want to search by entering the keyword in Search Box

3. Click on button to get the information of a particular truck number .As shown in image below:-

4. In Truck Chit Report you have option too print it. Or you can export this report to PDF,WORD and EXCEL by clicking on Export Report.

2.5 Weighbridge Details

By clicking on Weighbridge Menu .A drop down list of menu’s will appear from which you have to click on Weighbridge Details to get to Weighbridge Detail List Page.

You will be Navigate to Weighbridge Details List Page which will shown Entries of last 5 days shown below:-

Steps To Follow:- 1. By Default it will show 10 entries, you can change it by clicking on the drop down

(Show__Entries) 2. You can search a keyword you want to search by entering the keyword in Search Box

3. Click on button to get the Print of a particular Token Number .As shown in image below:-

2.6 Generate Truck Chit

By clicking on Weighbridge Menu .A drop down list of menu’s will appear from which you have to click on Generate Truck Chit .

Now will navigate you to Generate Truck Chit Page as shown below:-

Steps to Follow:-

1. Select the Token Number from the dropdown, which will list all the details related to that token in its respective fields.

2. You will have option to Add/Remove Loose Grain .When you click on it this button you will navigate to Add /Remove Loose Grains Page as shown below:-

3. Here you can select the Token Number after that you can Add Loose Grain Plan,which you can enter Activity Type , Weight , No of Bags , Stack and then you can choose a Action that whether you want to Add Or Remove

4. Click on Submit button to save the details of Add /Remove Loose Grain .

5. After adding the Loose Grain you can save the Truck Chit .A dialog will open in which you have option to Print the Truck Chit ,Print preview is given below:

2.7 Weighbridge Register

By clicking on Weighbridge Menu .A drop down list of menu’s will appear from which you have to click on Weighbridge Resister.

By Clicking on Weighbridge Register, a new Tab will open Weighbridge Register Page as shown below:-

Steps to Follow:-

1. You can get report of a particular date by selecting the date and then click on View Report. 2. You Print this report by clicking on Print Button 3. Report can be Exported to other formats such as PDF, WORD, EXCEL by clicking on Export

Report Button.

2.8 Update Weighment

By clicking on Weighbridge Menu .A drop down list of menu’s will appear from which you have to click on Update Weighment.

Now you will navigate to Update Weighment Page

Steps to Follow:-

1. Select the Truck Number from the Drop Down Option . Details related to that Truck Number will be listed

2. Enter The Gross Weight In Qtls in Gross Weight Field. 3. And click on Submit Button to save the details

2.9 Test Wagon Weighment Report

By clicking on Weighbridge Menu .A drop down list of menu’s will appear from which you have to click on Test Wagon Weighment Report.

Now you will be navigated to Test Wagon Weighment Report page as shown below:-

Steps to Follow:-

1. Select Month and Year 2. Select Movement Order Name. 3. Click on View Report to get the Report 4. To Print click on Print Button 5. To Export Report in PDF, WORD or EXCEL format click on Export Report .
