• On arrival, trainees to be registered for the course collecting appropriate information

• If the trainees have to stay at the place, facilities for boarding and lodging to be ensured

• If trainees are staying at a distance, provide them guidance on how to reach the venue of training

• If office is not providing accommodation and food, guide the trainees on search

• Trainees to be issued with arrival and relief memo to show participation

• Record of each training course and the participant details to be maintained

• Courses qualified for each trainer• Number of courses completed successfully• Gist of evaluation of each course• Trainer guide which shall contain– Complete STP either in soft or hard copy– Module plans and analogous timetable for running courses

for day-to-day use– Keys to exercises, fully validated– Tools and training aids to be used during the training– Updated reading material– Reference books, if any

Course records • Trainer to maintain course record for each course conducted which shall

contain– Course correspondence– Soft copy of the training content used– Time table for the course– List of participants– Attendance sheet– Any peculiar events– Results of tests conducted– End of session feedback– Suggestions if any for improving the course with details of communication to

course designer– Note on deviation, if any, from the STP and the reasons there for– Course report, if the course is of a longer duration

• This should be carefully archived for easy access later
