Start the New Year Right…. With this End of Year Checklist!
__________ 1. Call any customers with outstanding balances. You need to collect ALL money sold in 2014 to close your year.
__________ 2. Do all product returns online to the company, than add that total into your 2014 inventory
__________ 3. Complete any trading with other consultants. You need your inventory up to date when you “take inventory “ on December 31st.
__________ 4. Finish any banking on December 31st. Do not hold checks, etc. into the new year.
__________ 5. “Take inventory” on December 31st or January 1st. DO NOT DELAY! Use a blank order form and just tally the total number of products like: 50 eyes, 20 lips, 15 cleansers, etc. Then extend the totals and get your wholesale cost. DO NOT COUNT any Section 2 or prizes, or Preferred Customer premiums into your inventory. These are automatically tax deductible from the company printout.
__________ 6. Write down your ending mileage on the car you drive for your business.
*Remember your December 31st wholesale order will just be added to the “total” of your wholesale for the year. You will not have to count these products individually.

I am wishing you a Blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year! I hope if you are local you can attend our unit Christmas Party on December 30th. Information is on the calendar. I am looking forward to a Great New Year! Building Red Jackets and earning our next Pink Cadillac. We are qualifying for the 19th consecutive Cadillac …….January to June! I appreciate your efforts. All sales and orders count. The best way to earn cars is to add more new consultants to our team. With the Company planning to enhance the Red Jacket program, it would be a great time for you to look at earning the use of a free car! You can earn a car and stay a consultant if you don’t want the responsibility of directorship yet! I hope that your Holiday brings you all the happiness that you deserve. I love having you in my unit. You are my presents. I am sharing the picture of Lou and I and all of our favorite Great Nieces and Nephews. Of course Jameson is our grandson and in the middle. He is in 3rd grade and soon to be 9 years old. He is almost as tall as I am! I know that you have heard of all these children over the years.
