Who we areWe are an international group of enterprises. Our basic objective is preparation of natural, healthy and tasty food. As responsible individuals and as a company, we set the highest standards of quality, traceability, safety and environmental protection.

The Perutnina Ptuj Group is a modern, excellently organised system which• employs 3700 people,• operates its own companies in 7 countries,• owns 7 production plants in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as 3 trading companies in Austria, Romania and Macedonia,• exports to 18 countries in EU and third countries.

Vertically integrated production processPerutnina Ptuj is one of the rare vertically organised, and best-organised systems in the world. From the field to the table a cycle is completed. All phases of the cultivation of the land, feeding, fattening, transport, processing and product flow are closely monitored.

In our own and outside laboratories more than 500 analyses are daily carried out. Permanent supervision by our own veterinary “out-patient” service and constant check-ups by state veterinary inspectors ensure the complete harmlessness and safety of all our products.
