Current Opportunity• TPF Software is planning to ramp up by recruiting 15 fresh engineers to work in our

current/new customer relationships.

• The hired fresh Engineers will be trained in TPF and its related technologies for a period of 3 months at TPF Software’s exclusive training facility in Chennai.

Training Program • The TPF Training class will be for 8 to12 Weeks of Classroom Training followed by on-

the-Job Training

• Training is conducted by our staff members who are practicing TPF Professionals and Instructors employed with TPF Software, with experience of TPF Training in India, USA, Europe, Singapore, Taiwan, Middle East Asia etc.

Service Commitment

• Due to the high amounts of Investments TPF Software makes in the training of Young Engineers in the TPF Technology,

We expect an equal amount of service commitment from our hires.

• We expect a Service Commitment of 3 Years which is collaterally secured with a INR 300,000 (Three Lakh) deposit

during the time of Joining.

• This Amount is deposited for a period of the service agreement (3 Years) in a fixed deposit and the Interest accruing

from this deposit is paid along with the salaries to the employees every quarter at the rate of interest that is returned by

the bank.

• On Completion of 3 years, the Principal amount of 3 Lakhs is returned to the employee.

• Failure of completion of the 3 Years of service will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

• This arrangement is clearly spelt out in a contract that is entered into by the employee and TPF Software India Pvt Ltd.

• This ensures a mutual benefit for the Employee and TPF Software and in a most transparent manner.

• Candidates who are not in a position to accept this arrangement may kindly not participate in the selection process.

Qualification Required• Desired profile

– We are looking for B.E. / B.Tech / M.C.A Graduates of 2012, 2013, 2014 Pass out batch

– Consistent 65% & above in all academics – No Academic Break or Gap of more than 2yrs– Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory– Very good analytical and programming skills– Strong in C / C++, Pointers, Linked lists, Operating systems

concepts– Knowledge of Mainframe Environment or previous exposure is an

added advantage

Selection Mechanism• First Level Screening is a Written Test Consisting of:

– REASONING, ENGLISH, APPTITUDE SKILLS, TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

• Second Level Screening is a GROUP DISCUSSION to evaluate the communication and team skills of the candidates – This is will be an elimination round

• Final level of selection is a Technical and HR Interview

• Selected Candidates will be offered a position to join the TPF Training Batch and will have to accept the offer made within the stipulated dead line failing which the waitlisted candidates will be offered.
