Sophisticated Design Technology
DSOC II™ Technology (Dynamic Simulation
Optimized Contact) is a Toyo exclusive for
simulating twists, bends, flexes and what-ifs
under application-specific driving and road
conditions. We analyze force, strain, shape and
footprint under inflation and load. It’s how we
make sure that durability, treadwear, retreadabil-
ity and low rolling resistance are demonstrated
before the first tire mold is made.
Long Casing Life
Our proprietary HT and Open Cord
Construction for casing and belts
keeps moisture and oxygen from
entering the cord bundle to combat
corrosion. The result is less fatigue,
longer casing life, and higher
retreadability.
We’re in business to help keep your business
strong. With tires being the second highest
expense after fuel, the brand you select is a crit-
ical decision. One that affects everything from
the comfort and safety of your drivers to the
profitability of your operation in terms of how
many retreads you will see. We know you need
three things from our tires – mileage, mileage,
mileage. Here’s how we deliver.
Toyo: Improved rubber penetration
Competition: Room for air
Toyo Heavy-Duty Truck Radials Are Designed To Deliver Unmatched Durability, Reliability, Uniformity, and Retreadability.
66 month warranty
Maximum Retreadability
A rust-resistant belt package ensures an
easy, effective retread. Our Belt Defender
rubber compound helps to protect the
third and fourth belts from rust migra-
tion caused by nicks and cuts. With Belt
Defender, you’ll see higher casing accep-
tance and lower total cost-per-mile.
Durability and Wear
Tough and durable Four-Belt Design is another
key feature of Toyo heavy-duty radials. It helps
protect the tire against cutting, chipping and
impact breaks. And it stabilizes the tread surface
for longer wear as an extra measure of quality
and protection.
U.S.-Based Production
The GTY joint venture pro-
duction facility in Mount
Vernon, Illinois, was an
industry first. This groundbreaking “Made in
the USA” partnership continues to produce the
best truck tires possible, using state-of-the-art
technology and the finest workforce in the world.
The Longest Warranty
We believe so strongly in our commitment to
quality that we offer a full 66-month limited
warranty on our entire truck tire line. Including
casing allowances for two retreads and a retread
rubber allowance for the first cap. Another
reason why Toyo is the right choice. See your
Toyo dealer for details.

The Toyo Truck Tire and Casing WarrantyThis Limited Warranty/Adjustment Policy (“Policy”) allows for replacement under certain specified conditions. It applies to tires in normal highway service, or tires used in application for which they were designed/recommended by Toyo, that display adjustable conditions. This policy does not require the existence of a manufacturing defect in order to qualify for adjustment. The Policy is void if the tires are used in a manner not recommended by Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp.
ELIGIBILITY: This policy applies to the original purchaser of Toyo brand truck tires bearing the Toyo name and complete DOT serial numbers and not branded “NA”. Tires must be purchased and used in the United States. THIS POLICY APPLIES TO TOYO TRUCK TIRES MANUFACTURED AS OF JANUARY, 1992 AS DETERMINED BY THE DOT SERIAL NUMBER ON THE TIRE SIDEWALL. Toyo truck tires manufactured prior to January, 1992 are covered under a separate warranty. In order to be eligible for the benefits of this Policy, the purchaser must do the following:
Present the tire and proof of purchase to an authorized Toyo truck dealer.
• Sign the Toyo Standard Claim Form.
• Allow Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. Customer Service Technical Department personnel to inspect the tire at a Toyo adjustment center.
• The vehicle on which the tire is/was used should be made available to a Toyo representative if requested.
What is the limited adjustment warranty and for how long? Original Tread (New Tires): If a Toyo truck tire becomes unserviceable from a condition other than those listed under Section 4 (of the Truck Tire Limited Warranty and Casing Policy bro-chure), it will be replaced with the same tire, or at Toyo’s option, with a comparable Toyo truck tire at no charge if the tire is:
• Within the first 2/32nds inch of treadwear
• Used in the service for which it was designed within 66 months from the date of manufacture
• The purchaser pays mounting and balancing charges plus any applicable taxes or service charges. When tires have more than the first 2/32 inch worn, adjustment credit will be based on a pro-rata replacement credit for the percentage of tread depth remaining, but no less than the minimum casing allowance as shown in the Truck Tire Limited Warranty and Casing Policy brochure, section 2b. The tire is considered to be worn out when the tread depth reaches 2/32 inch at any point on the tread.
Radial Tire Casing Policy (Retreads): If any Toyo radial truck tire casing becomes unserviceable due to: • An adjustable condition while in service for which it was designed. Within 66 months from the date of manufacture, or two retreads (which ever comes first).
• The Toyo radial truck casing is eligible for the applicable casing allowance. The number of retreads must be identified on the casing sidewall. Toyo bias ply truck tires are covered by a separate casing policy.
Retread Rubber Allowance: In addition, the first retread may be eligible for a retread rubber allowance, if the remaining depth of the first cap is: 15/32 inch or more ($50.00), 14/32 – 8/32 inch ($30.00), 7/32 inch or less (none).
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOYO TIRE U.S.A. CORP. DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF VEHICLE USE AND ANY OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not permit the exclusions or limitation of incidental or conse- quential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other legal rights, which vary state to state, and, for Tires used on any truck registered and/or operated out of the United States and Canada.
TIRE REGISTRATION: When you purchase your Toyo tires, the seller is required by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to present you with a tire registration form. He must fill in the dealer name, address and serial numbers of the tires purchased. You, the buyer, should then fill in your name and address, place a stamp on the form and mail it to the pre-addressed location on the form. Be sure to request a tire registration form from your dealer at the time of your purchase.
