Max Caldwell

Max Caldwell is the Global Managing Director of Towers Watson’s Data, Surveys
& Technology line of business. This business combines cloud-based software,
proprietary data, advanced analytics and expert consulting to enable more effective
talent and HR management. Service offerings include the Talent|REWARD suite of
talent software, the world’s most extensive array of compensation surveys, employee
opinion research and consulting on workforce engagement and HR service delivery and
technology. Max joined the company in 1993 and is based in Towers Watson’s
Stamford office.
In over 20 years of consulting to business leaders, Max has focused on improving business performance through
enhancing talent, HR and organization effectiveness. He has led Towers Watson’s biennial Global Workforce
Study, the most extensive research of its kind on what drives the motivation and performance of employees around
the world. During Max’s tenure with Towers Watson he has served as the global leader of the company’s talent
management and organizational change practices.
Max has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences and has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal,
Time Magazine, NPR, the BBC and others on a variety of talent-related topics. He holds a degree from the

Jasbir Singh

Jasbir Singh is the Global Leader of the Data Services practice in Towers Watson.
Jasbir has worked for Towers Watson for over 13 years, based in the London office. In this capacity, Jasbir is
responsible for managing all Towers Watson’s surveys and databases and overseeing the Global business. He
advices multi-national companies on compensation policy and facilitates client-based survey councils. He also
drives growth, collaboration and harmonization across the four main Global Data Services regions
Jasbir has more than 25 years in human resource consulting in Europe and Asia. During this time, he has
specialized in the design and implementation of reward programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
His work includes the development of overall pay strategy, base salary – design, delivery and administration,
broad-banding, performance management and custom surveys. He has advised clients on international assignment
and expatriate policy development, and coordinated the development of international mobility information..

Clare Muhiudeen
Towers Watson, Hong Kong
Clare Muhiudeen is a Managing Director, Talent & Rewards, Asia Pacific for
Towers Watson.
Born and brought up in KL, Clare studied in Psychology at the University of London and
took an MSc in Industrial Relations at the London School of Economics.
After a brief period as a researcher at the LSE, Clare joined the then Wyatt Company in London to work in HR
consulting. Since then her career has progressed through the organization from managing the HR consulting team
in London, the UK team and then managing the HR consulting business across Europe and the Middle East. In
that role, Clare opened the Watson Wyatt Dubai office and was a member of the Dubai board and the European
Executive Leadership team.
In 2009, Clare, together with her husband, transferred with Towers Watson, to Hong Kong to lead Towers Watson’s
Asia Pacific Talent and Rewards business. From Hong Kong, Clare manages a business of 480 consultants
across 13 markets. Clare’s clients include large multinational companies in a range of sectors, including
professional services, engineering, luxury brands and telecommunications. Clare brings over 25 years of
experience of Human Capital consulting experience to the Region including managing complex strategic reward
and talent change programs.
Clare is a member of the TW Regional Asia Pacific Leadership team and the Global Talent and Rewards
Leadership team.
She is an active supporter of Inclusion and diversity within Towers Watson and is a member of a Hong Kong
Mentoring programme for young female professionals.
With any spare time, Clare enjoys taking the opportunity of being back in Asia, closer to home and visits family and

Prior to joining Towers Watson, Sam was the Regional Manager for a multinational consulting company where he
focused on managing client relationships and providing support in the form of data analytics, job matching and data
insight across the Asia Pacific region. In addition, he held responsibility for business development and brand
building.
Sam holds a MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology in USA, where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma

Sean Darilay

Sean Darilay is a Global Data Services Leader, Southeast Asia for Towers Watson.
He leads Towers Watson’s Data Services business in South East Asia covering 6
offices and 10 markets. His role focuses on successfully delivering high quality, market
leading and industry relevant information on compensation, benefits and HR policies
and practices to help clients improve their talent attraction, engagement and retention
strategies.
Sean handles several key client accounts in his role as Pharmaceutical & Health Sciences Industry Subject Matter
Expert (SME) Leader for Asia Pacific. In addition, Sean also manages a number of key banking and insurance
clients in Asia Pacific.
In the last 10 years, Sean has had extensive experience in managing C&B surveys across a broad range of
industries and in delivering rewards and benefit review projects within South East Asia.

Karen Ong

Karen Ong is a Project Manager with Data Services (Asia Pacific). She is based in
the Singapore office and manages compensation databases in Australia, Bangladesh,
New Zealand and Sri Lanka.
She is APAC’s Subject Matter Expert for High Tech and Media sector and works closely
with regional and global clients for their survey needs. This includes marketing, client

Brenda Chou

Brenda Chou is the Consulting Director of China’s Data Service stationed in Towers
Watson Shanghai Office, who is primarily responsible for providing consulting advice for
clients in the area of remuneration. She is expert in conducting diagnosis and research
for companies, and giving suggestions of HR strategy and system optimization for clients
based on diagnosis result, including diagnosis and design of remuneration system,
performance management system, organization structure change, employee coordination
on bonus design and compensation benefit, etc.

Candy Lai

Candy Lai is a Consultant in Towers Watson’s Data, Surveys & Technology (DST)
line of business. She is leading a team of associates responsible for Towers Watson’s
Compensation and Benefits Surveys in Hong Kong. In this role, she is responsible for
the survey data quality assurance as well as the timely delivery of the results to the
participants.
Candy has also supported a number of consulting projects related to compensation
management. Specifically, she has experience in running customized surveys within
various industries and market assessments.
Prior to joining Towers Watson, Candy has worked as a Remuneration Analyst in a Remuneration Consulting firm
for two years.

Raghav Datta

Raghav Datta is the Rewards Leader for Towers Watson, India. He leads the
strategy and delivery of the Rewards Practice across India. His key responsibilities
include client management and service delivery on the firm’s key accounts.
Prior to his current role, Raghav has held HR leadership positions with organizations like SAP, DELL etc.

Evangeline Daquilanea

Vangie Daquilanea heads the Global Data Services Team within the Talent & Rewards
business practice of Towers Watson Philippines. Her primary responsibility is to oversee
and continuously grow Towers Watson’s existing vast database of remuneration information on over 200,000
locally-hired individual employees from over 340 companies in the banking, BPO/call centers, consumer
products/manufacturing, semiconductor/electronics, insurance, pharmaceutical, information technology, and
telecommunications industries, among others. This represents over 500 benchmark jobs covering different
functions and levels across the various industries.
Vangie brings along more than 15 years of HR experience, which include seven years of consulting background
gained from Watson Wyatt between 1997 and 2004. Vangie is a proud returnee to Towers Watson, having had
spent a number of years with legacy Watson Wyatt as Consulant under the Human Capital Group Practice, before
venturing into line HR roles in various industries.
Prior to rejoining the TW organization, Vangie was connected with SunPower Philippines Mfg. Ltd. as
