1. Unpack the tower fan from the box. You may save the box for off-season storage.
2. Lay fan gently on floor, take rear base (2) and place power cord (5) in the cord groove.
3. Take front base (3) and slide onto rear base (2) by lining up the pegs, pushing
the base pieces together. HELPFUL HINT: Parts can be firmly pushed together. We recommend when assembling the base, to place thumbs on two inner pegs and fingers on opposite side of base and push together.

4. Attach the fan body and the base by inserting and tightening the 3 screws (3) using a screwdriver.

5. Once assembled the tower fan must be placed on a firm, level surface. 6. When disassembling the base, unscrew the screws (3), separate the base from
the unit, press the inner tabs away from the opposite base to separate.
DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE MATERIAL TO CLEAN THE SURFACE! DO NOT IMMERSE THE TOWER FAN INTO WATER AT ANY TIME!
General information

General information When using the tower fan, basic safety precautions should be observed. PLEASE READ AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE TOWER FAN.
1. Always turn the tower fan off before removing the plug from the outlet. 2. This is NOT a toy. Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by, on, or
near children or invalids. 3. Use only as described in this manual. DO NOT use attachments not recommended by
the manufacturer. This unit is intended for household use only. 4. DO NOT unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug the fan, grasp the plug, not the cord. 5. DO NOT handle plug or tower fan with wet hands. 6. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from openings and
moving parts. 7. Never operate this product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working
properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or if it is dropped in water. 8. Always turn the tower fan off and unplug it immediately after using and before
cleaning. 9. To protect against electrical hazards, do not place the tower fan in water or any other
liquid. Do not allow the tower fan to become wet or damp. 10. DO NOT store the tower fan where it can fall into water or other liquids. 11. NO object(s) should ever be inserted or dropped into any opening on this product. 12. DO NOT leave the tower fan unattended when it is in use. Turn the fan off when
leaving it for an extended period of time. 13. Place the tower fan on a flat, level surface to avoid it overturning. 14. DO NOT obstruct the airflow. 15. DO NOT operate the tower fan without the front guard/grill in place. 16. DO NOT operate the tower fan directly adjacent to curtains, plants, window covers,
etc. to avoid accidental entanglement or create a fire hazard. 17. DO NOT use the tower fan if it has not been fully assembled. Make sure that the
screws the hold the base and main unit together are tightened securely. 18. Keep the cord away from heavy traffic areas. To avoid fire hazard, NEVER put cord
under rugs, radiators or stoves. 19. NOTE: This fan employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an
overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the fan from the outlet. Replace the fuse and check the fan. If the replacement fuse blows, a short circuit may be present and you should contact customer service for instructions.
20. WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device.

Safety instructions CAUTION: WARNING: Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire or serious personal injury. The warnings, cautions, and instruction discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are a factor which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator. CAUTION: A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords are available from local hardware stores and may be used if care is exercised in their use. If an extension cord is required, special care and caution is necessary. Also the cord must be: (1) marked with an electrical rating of 125V, and at least 13 A., 1625 W., and (2) the cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over accidentally. Polarized plug NOTE:
This tower fan has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
As a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If the plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
Electric power If electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your tower fan may not operate properly. The tower fan should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other operating appliances.

User Instructions 1. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. 2. For fan use only, turn the control knob to the right to LOW, MED, or HI. 3. For fan and oscillation mode, press the ON/OFF button. 4. To turn the fan off, turn the control knob to OFF.
Cleaning and Maintenance CAUTION: Always be sure that the tower fan is switched to OFF and unplugged before cleaning or attempting to store the fan. 1. Before cleaning, turn the tower fan off and unplug from electrical outlet. 2. Wipe off excess dust with a lint free cloth. 3. A vacuum cleaner brush attachment can be used to clean the fan guards. This
will help remove lint and dirt from inside the fan. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE THE FAN APART. NOTE: A can of compressed air may also be used to help push any excess dirt out of the fan and into the vacuum cleaner.
4. Should the fan housing become soiled, it can be cleaned with a damp cloth using warm (not hot) soapy water and a mild detergent solution. Wipe dry.
5. Do not submerse your fan in water or any other liquids. Do not allow any liquid to get into the fan or motor
Please Note: Take care not to stain the plastic parts with oil. Avoid using the fan in places where oil is liable to spill on fan. Damage or deterioration can be caused by oil on the housing.

1. Saque el ventilador de torre de la caja. Puede conservar la caja para guardarlo fuera de temporada.
2. Con cuidado, ponga el ventilador en el suelo; introduzca el cable de alimentación (5) en la ranura para dicho fin en la parte posterior de la base (2).
3. Conecte la parte frontal de la base (3) a la parte posterior de la base (2)
alineando las davijas y presionando ambas piezas una contra la otra. CONSEJO ÚTIL: Las piezas pueden unirse con fuerza. Al ensamblar la base, recomendamos colocar los pulgares en las dos clavijas interiores y los dedos en el lado opuesto de la base y empujar para conectar ambas partes.

4. Conecte el cuerpo del ventilador y la base insertando y apretando los 3 tornillos (3) con un destornillador.

5. Una vez ensamblado, el ventilador de torre debe colocarse sobre una
superficie firme y nivelada. 6. Para desmontar la base, desatornille los tornillos (3), separe la base del resto
de la unidad y presione las pestañas interiores desde el lado opuesto de la base para separar las dos partes.
¡NO USE MATERIALES ABRASIVOS PARA LIMPIAR LA SUPERFICIE! ¡NO SUMERJA NUNCA LA BASE DEL VENTILADOR DE TORRE EN AGUA!

Al utilizar el ventilador de torre, es necesario seguir unas precauciones de seguridad básicas. POR FAVOR, LEA Y GUARDE TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES ANTES DE USAR EL VENTILADOR DE TORRE.
1. Apague siempre el ventilador de torre antes de sacar el enchufe del tomacorriente. 2. Este aparato NO es un juguete. Es necesaria una atenta supervisión cuando este producto
es usado por niños o personas discapacitadas o cerca de ellos. 3. Utilizar solamente como se describe en este manual. NO use accesorios que el fabricante
del producto no recomiende. Esta unidad está diseñada para el uso doméstico en interiores únicamente.
4. NO desconecte tirando del cable de alimentación. Para desenchufar el ventilador, agarre el enchufe, no el cable.
5. NO toque el enchufe ni el ventilador de torre con las manos húmedas. 6. Mantenga el cabello, la ropa suelta, los dedos y las demás partes del cuerpo alejados de
las ranuras y las partes móviles. 7. Nunca utilice el producto si el cable de alimentación o el enchufe están dañados, si no

ventilador si no va a estar presente por un tiempo prolongado. 13. Coloque el ventilador de torre en una superficie plana y nivelada para evitar que se
vuelque. 14. NO obstruir el flujo de aire. 15. NO utilice el ventilador de torre sin el protector/rejilla frontal. 16. NO utilice el ventilador de torre junto a cortinas, plantas, cubiertas de ventanas, etc. para
evitar enredos accidentales o un posible riesgo de incendio. 17. NO utilice el ventilador de torre sin antes ensamblarlo completamente. Asegúrese de que
los tornillos que sujetan la base y mantienen la unidad unida estén bien apretados. 18. Mantenga el cable alejado de zonas concurridas. Para evitar el riesgo de incendio, no
ponga NUNCA el cable bajo alfombras, radiadores o estufas. 19. NOTA: Este ventilador cuenta con protección contra sobrecargas (fusible). El fusible se

1. Conecte el cable de alimentación a un tomacorriente. 2. Si sólo desea usar la función de ventilador, gire la perilla de control hacia la
derecha, a las posiciones LOW (Bajo), MED (Medio) o HI (Alto). 3. Si desea usar el modo de ventilador y oscilación, presione el botón
Encendido/Apagado. 4. Para apagar el ventilador, gire la perilla de control a la posición de Apagado.
Limpieza y mantenimiento PRECAUCIÓN: Asegúrese siempre de que el ventilador de torre está apagado y desenchufado antes de limpiarlo o guardarlo. 1. Antes de limpiar, apague y desconecte el ventilador de torre del tomacorriente. 2. Limpie el polvo con un paño sin pelusa. 3. Puede usarse una aspiradora con un cepillo de limpieza para limpiar los
protectores del ventilador. Esto ayudará a eliminar la pelusa y la suciedad del interior del ventilador. NO INTENTE DESMONTAR EL VENTILADOR. NOTA: También puede usarse un bote de aire comprimido para ayudar a expulsar la suciedad del ventilador para que el aspirador pueda succionarla.
4. Si necesita limpiar el exterior del ventilador, puede limpiarlo con un paño húmedo con agua tibia (no caliente) y una solución de detergente suave. Séquelo.
