Se]ectmen present: William Daniels, Douglas Bersaw, and Andrew WallaceSelectmen absent:Public present:Meeting opened at 5:30 pin
Wallace moved; Daniels 2nd; the Board voted to approve the manifest dated April 15, 2019 forweek of April 5, 2019-April 11, 2019 in the amount of $ 10,082.37 for payroll/accounts payable.
Bersaw moved; Wallace 2nd; Board approved Intent to Cut for Map 403 Lot 08.
Daniels moved; Bersaw 2nd; Board voted to accept the recommendation from Avitar approving aCunent Use Application for Map 403 Lot 14.
Wallace moved; Bersaw 2nd; Board voted to approve Building Permit for Map 202 Lot 027.
Board discussed the 4 Comer Store property.
Letter from William Coll Jr. surrendering his position as a Cemetery Trustee with deep regret.The Cemetery Trustees recommend Jerry Mills to complete the remainder of Willian' s term andJohn Lewis as an Alternate Cemetery Trustee to replace Jerry Mills. Daniels moved; Bersaw 2ndBoard approved Cemetery Trustee recommendations.
Daniels moved; Wallace 2nd; Board voted to appoint Louise Nolan to the AgriculturalCommission, and Amy Barker as an Agricultural Commission Altemate. Terms to expireMarch 31, 2022.
Wallace moved; Bersaw 2nd; Board voted to approve a taxpayer agreement for an unpaid 2016levy. Map 414 Lot 034.
Letter from the Monadnock Family Services thanking the Town of Richmond for theirappropriation in the amount of $1,444.00 approved at Town Meeting. Read.
Letter from resident requesting to use the Veteran' s Memorial Hall. Reviewed.
Board discussed police department inventory.
S. Harrington asked questions in regards to the Administrative Assistant position.
Retention Committee meeting May 13, 2019 at 5:30 pin in the Selectman's Office at the TownHall.
Public Appointments
Tax Collector, Steve Boscarino met with the Board to discuss payment plans for back taxes.
Walk In Appointments
Jennifer Daniels and Louise Nolan met with the Board to discuss a location for theAgricultural Commission' s Seed Library.

We are extremely grateful for your contribution, which willhelp us to sustain effective mental health services in your community.
Support from RIchmond will directly help those individuals and families strugglingwith mental illness, unemployment, homelessness and hunger. Your support willdirectly help with emergency crisis intervention and ongoing treatment services to thoseindividuals who have no means to obtain them.
I truly appreciate your commitment to Monadnock Family Services. Thank you forgiving so many people the opportunity to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
