To meet aviation security requirements, guest’s name and birth date provided when booking reservations must exactly match the name and birth date on government issued photo ID for airline check-in.

Blue Hawaiian Helicopter Tours: Passengers over 260 lbs. will be allotted two seats and charged 50% for a second seat. Per FAA requirements, passengers 2 years of age are required to have their own seat and those who have gone scuba diving must wait 24 hours before going on these tours. Mobile tablet devices are not allowed on board, Go-Pros are fine without accessories/attachments. Flight times and routes are subject to change due to weather, maintenance and passenger counts. In the event of cancellation of the Blue Hawaiian Helicopter tour for any reason, guests on the Hilo Circle of Fire Tour will be refunded for the helicopter tour and will be welcomed on an extended sightseeing land tour. Guests who choose to remain at the Blue Hawaiian base to stand by for a possible helicopter tour departure later in the day, will forego their sightseeing land tour and no refund will be provided for that portion. If guests wish to return to Honolulu earlier than their scheduled flight; additional fees and expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. On the Kauai Eco Adventure Tour if advised of cancellation at least 90 minutes in advance of scheduled departure time, guests will enjoy a two-mile Wailua River Boat Ride and view of the famous Fern Grotto. If flight is cancelled within 60 minutes, guests will visit Kukui Grove Shopping Center prior to their return flight to Honolulu. A refund of the helicopter portion, less boat ride admission cost if applicable, will be provided.
