They referred to it as a professional high-level training program. They also thought that it was useful and interesting (See picture of spot check below)

Three questions were asked in the final course evaluation to participants:

Below are 3 answers to each of the above questions:

What was good?

• Training was good and presented in a professional manner• Excellent methodology - Well conducted

What can be improved?• We need more time for this training course• Next course to be held in June/ July in Tanzania when weather is

cooler

Suggestions/ Comments:• Follow-up and after course support is important• Create a website where trainers can exchange ideas

6. General:Cosmas Matanda from CropLife opened the training session. Mr. Harish Dhutia, General Manager of Bytrade Tanzania Ltd, officially closed the training session

7. Venue, food and logistics:The venue was good. The food was tasty and well prepared. It was a well-planned and well-organized training course. The effort and dedication of the CropLife team must be praised. Thank you CropLife Tanzania.

8. Master trainer comments:It was a fantastic experience. We had fun but also did some serious learning and training. The participants will continue to get e-mail support for a period of 12 months. I am convinced that the 13 trainers will make a difference in the future in terms of responsible use of pesticides in Tanzania.
