    the Briti"h Council&

    The rogra%%e adhere" to the T9ET re1or% agenda o1 Banglade"h in coordination #ith the Mini"tr'o1 Education& 2t" 1ocu" i" on the Read' Made 7ar%ent" and the Con"truction "ector"8 to e"tabli"hintegrated8 %ar0et driven8 "0ill" training %odel" that incentivi:e" higher roductivit'8 e11icienc' andinve"t%ent a%ong trainee"8 rivate training rovider"8 and e%lo'er"&

    SEP-B intervention" are "tructured around three co%onent";
