The works consistent of fixing and stabilising internal fit out rafts across a number of floors within the Oxford Street flagship store. Collaboratively working with structural engineer drawings Shop floor cleared and reinstated on completion Works completed outside normal working hours Access hatches installed over the rafts Each raft made good and decorated Works carried out in 6 hour shifts Project Overview: Successful Outcomes: The team from Knightsbridge Property Services liaised heavily with the on site Arcadia team to pre-programme the works in. All the client requests were met, with a heavy focus on not affecting the general operations of the store. The structural report was followed to in details, with reporting provided by the team detailing indexed fixing locations and materials used. All works were successfully signed off by the structural engineers and client team. Handovers with shift managers at the beginning and end of each shift
