Mary Kay reminds you that due to increased charges by our shipping providers, we recently announced changes to Mary Kay’s shipping services. As part of those changes, the following Starter Kit shipping rates will go into effect on Feb. 16, 2019:

Domestic: increases from $9.35 to $10.95

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, DR or US Virgin Islands increases from $37.00 to $39.95.

Please note that the new shipping rates apply to all Independent Beauty Consultant Agreements received and accepted by the Company on and after Feb. 16, 2019, regardless of when the Agreement was signed.

Additionally, Mary Kay has updated the Independent Beauty Consultant General Terms and Conditions to further strengthen your Independent Beauty Consultant status.

The updated Agreement will be available on Mary Kay InTouch® on the Legal page, under Resources, beginning Feb. 16, 2019. We encourage you to review the updated General Terms and Conditions to familiarize yourself with the changes.

We will continue to accept paper Agreements until April 5, 2019. However, the new shipping rates and Terms and Conditions will apply beginning Feb. 16, 2019. Please make sure your team members are fully informed to avoid any surprises.
