    Top Tips for Greater HappinessHappinessits different from job satisfaction and engagement:

    Happiness leads to both of these but they dont work the other way round.

    Are you waiting for someone or something else to MAKE you happy? So many people come

    from the manipulative and unconscious perspective or mindset/ belief of YOU/THEY/THEM/IT/ made me ANGRY.

    This is a complete LIE and manipulative deception of the greatest order. It reveals just how

    UNCONSCIOUS or ASLEEP people areand how much of a victim they see themselves as.

    The truth isI made myself angry at xyz Through my expectations, hopes, beliefs etc.. I am

    a Wizard with my words and thoughts. It is I who makes Myself angry or happy as a REACTION

    Or RESPONSE

    It was my UNCONSCIOUS normal REACTION to a stimulus; here I give my power away to some

    other source or person who seems to CONTROL my STATE Almost everyone lives with thelie.. that someone else MAKES THEM ANGRY

    Seldom do we stop long enough to evaluate our range of options. People are badly

    programmed and also have serious Thought Viruses running their lives.

    The problems iswe are playing not to lose vs playing to win We spend more money on

    PROTECTING than investing in our Greatness.

    Check yourself. How much do you spend on INSURANCE? Do you invest an equal or greater

    amount into yourself for ENSURING a brighter happier, healthier future? Why NOT?

    There are 3 kinds or Aspects ofHappiness.

    Emotional happiness

    Short-term, burst of positive emotion

    State happiness

    Relatively stable mind-set, sensitive to change

    Trait happiness

    Generally stable across lifetime

    Here are some simple TO DO and simple NOT TO DO tips and actions you can take to begin to

    take back your power and transform your happiness at work levels as well as be happier as a

    HAPPIER GENERAL STATE in your life.

    Start increasing your happiness here

    Around half of your happiness state comes from your past experience and your relationship to

    them.. This is called your set-point. If you are Asleep than the remainder comes from your

    automatic REACTION to the environmental stimulus. Once you Are awakened and aware,

    you can reduce this 50% REACTION down to around 10%-20% depending upon your awareness

    and resilience level. This means you can enhance your Set=point of Happiness

    1. Make a list of all the things you can be grateful for right now. Make a huge list and read through

    itmonthly at least.

    2. Daily, before you start your day, slow down for 2 minutes. Become mindful of your thoughts and

    consciously direct your thinking to focus on to 1 specific thing to be grateful now/today3. Know that your mind is programmed for Protection. Consciously focus on what you do want vs

    what you dont want. Even in your languaging. Say what it is that you are wanting.. Avoid saying

    what you dont want.

    4. Focus on keeping your internal voice/s POSITIVE, constructive and supportive and From theLIGHT Make an irrevocable PACT that from NOW ONyou will ONLY allow POSITIVE caring, kind,

    constructive, solution-focused commentary on the inside. Just this step alone can transform your

    life instantly. This is the place to really start changing how you FEEL and show up.

    Remember stateHappiness is an INSIDE job. Its a conscious focus and not

    a reaction to your external stimuli.

    5. Each day, take some time to laugh, smile and interact with an OPTIMISTIC/Happy person.

    Happiness and unhappiness are highly contagious down to 3 levels away from the SOURCE. If you

    have, or ARE, an unhappy boss. Do something about it right now Make NEW choices.

    6. Look at what you DO have as opposed to what you dont have. So many people look higher up the

    BE, DO, HAVE ladder with envy and self-criticism WISHING they could have more. Remember this,

    Your good life starts when you stop wanting a better one.

    Appreciate what you do have right now and then start to climb the ladder with gratitude, love,

    energy and passion.

    7. SECRET: If you have a roof over your head, running water, a bed to sleep in, fridge for food, then

    your quality of life is in the top 25% of human quality of life on the planet.

    8. Bigger Secret: Add to the above list.. If you have the use of a computer and internet access you are

    DEFINITELY in the TOP 10%-15% of quality of life on the entire planet.

    Question: Do you understand that you are AHEAD/ABOVE almost 6 BILLION people on the BE, DO

    and HAVE ladder?! Are you living your life with this Gratitude? How could you live more

    appreciatively starting right now?

    9. Do a Random Act of Love/Kindness each week. Anonymously as well as do at least one act to makeothers happy, smile/ laugh. If you want happiness BE THE SOURCE of it. If you want LOVE BE THESOURCE OF IT! If you want FUN.. BE THE SOURCE OF IT. Stop reactingBecome RESPONSE-ABLE.

    10.Write a letter, note, email of appreciation to someone each week.

    11.Weekly, WRITE down 3 things you are grateful for and 3 things you COULD BE MORE grateful for at

    work or in life.

    12.KNOW that all you can impact is NOW NOW NOW! So manage your biological Computer

    (BRAIN) and keep it focused on what you CAN shift, impact and change. Thoughts create pictures,

    picture create thoughts which create feelings, which influences and drives moods, which

    PREDISPOSES you certain actions, thoughts and feelingsagain.

    Stand guard at the door of your MIND. Install a Thought-Virus anti-virus FILTER THAT ONLY

    ALOWS constructive, supportive, positive, caring interactionsinternally.

    13.Exercise Go for a walk, run, etc. Get your BODY moving! Do some deep breathing daily toRELAX.

    14.Only put good stuff into your Body Its got to carry you to around 100 or more years! A wise man

    at the age of 103 saidIf I had KNOWN before that I would live this long, I would have looked

    after my body a whole lot better.; You have been officially NOTIFIED.

    15.Change your Friends. If you have an ENERGY VAMPIRE for a friend.. Get out of the RUT. Stop

    Giving energyTake action to change rituals, relationships, and REACTIONS. Associate with happypeople, and remember AS YODA SAID try NOTBUT DO learn from them how to be happier.

    Remember, happiness is contagious. Be the spreader MAKE THE DECISION. It is fully in your

    power now. Make the decision.

    16.Build your Psychological Capital, Specifically your RESILIENCE; - Control, OWNERSHIP, REACH and

    EXTENT Be the Bounce-Back-Happily Queen/Team. We have coaching, training etc to assist.

    17.Smile more. Lots More Just sommer SMILE for NO reason. Look in the mirror, look deep into youreyes, because they are the windows to your. Soul. Make friends inside. Time to STOP berating,

    beating, undermining and harming yourself. How can you honestly expect others to believe and

    trust in you, if you dont?

    18.RememberThe only person you CAN CHANGE .. is YOURSELF So start to be the EXAMPLE of

    what you are looking for, or wanting, to experience.. If it is to be its up to. ME!

    19.Do No Harmas you create more happiness for yourself or others in life and at work.

    20.Set some goals and take daily baby-steps to move yourself towards them. Make sure they are

    YOUR GOALS and not for SOMEONE else.

    21.Stop Worrying about what others think They have their own stuff to manage. Anyway peoplewho try to harm, hurt, undermine you are already hurting themselves. Use this line What

    hurts you so badly, that you think you can healby hurting me? Can I give you a HUG? 22.Do something nice for yourself spoil yourself at least weekly. Take a long bath, pick and smell a

    beautiful flower. Get your hair/nail/face etc done). Go for a massage. Go see a fun movie.

    23.Look for the Funny side of issues, challenges, problems. Take these things more lightly Donthold so TIGHLY. Let go a little. Let go a LOT.. Set yourself free from self-recrimination today.

    Decide!

    24.Get your body into shape healthy weight. My Fianc and I each lost around 20KG, each, over 120

    days. Simple steps Alkalise, 1 Protein at a time, 100 grams protein, 120 grams salads / veggies. 3

    main meals and 2 small healthy snacks in between. Lots of WATER Stopped alcohol. BE smart

    check with a medical specialist before doing something silly PLEASE

    25.If you are carrying emotional baggage do a LifeShift Workshop to clear it. But its probably time to

    set yourself free from the negative and past influences, beliefs and limitations of your PAST.

    Unhook your Baggage Trailer. Imagine .. if you could just completely forget the not-so-lekker,

    past stuff and completely eradicate its influence and impact on your present moment of NOW

    26.Store the Wisdom cut the cords / stop energy leaksHousekeepTidy up, apologise, forgive, let

    go, move on. se Emotionetics to transform your energetic Blueprint. Wake Up, Show Up, STEP up

    to a BIGGER HAPPIER LIFE, starting RIGHT NOW!

    27.Meditate & Contemplate in a quiet space regularly. Quiet your mind-chatter, focus JUST on your

    breathing for 5 minutes for 2 sessions per day.

    28.You are worthy of a whole lot more than you are allowing yourself. Its TIME!!

    Know this YOU are loved, worthy and valuableeven if you dont believe it yourself.

    It matters little what you have done till now

    What matters most is what you are about to do. And WHOo you are about to BEcome.

    Know this toowork for the sake of work is a waste of activity and life energy. Make sure there is

    MEANING and a DESTINY in the work that you do. Make sure you are, or do work for, REAL LEADERS and

    NOT GREEDERS or BLEEDERS.

    Life is tooooo short. Get your shift together time now for a BIG SHIFTMake it happen with love and

    passion. Your happiness is in your Hands

    Worldwide Research shows that employees who are happier at work:

    Are 180% more energized

    Are 155% happier in their jobs

    Are 108% more engaged at work

    Are 150% happier with life

    Love their jobs 79% more

    Are 50% more motivated

    Have 40% more confidence

    Achieve their goals 35% more

    Contribute 25% more

    You might create a great place to work and be an employer of choice.

    But if MINDSETS are misaligned, staff are UNCONSCIOUS and unhappy, and leadership is really

    greedershipthen it matters naught!

    A wise man, Ben Franklin once saidPeople are about as Happy asthey make up their minds to be. So true.

    Final warning forTeams and Tribes Survival or Thrival.

    In biology, 6% of a system can completely influence a system. either positively or negatively.

    How many people in your teams and tribes are Negative, destructive, dis engagedEnergy

    Vampires. Help them, with LOVE, to find some other company / place to be negative and

    destructive.

    We know from the LOSADA Line research, (3:1) of the minimum required balance of Positive toNegative comments ratio in a workplace, for a system to survive. If your positive to negative

    comments ratio is 1 to 1, you are in DEEP do do.

    If you want your team and tribes to THRIVE the Positive to Negative ratio needs to be closer to 6

    Positives to each negative comment. Wake up, BE Aware, BE @Cause. You are POWER-FULL.
