Main Activity
Today we are going to make tangrams.
Tangrams are ancient Chinese shape puzzles.
They were invented about 4000 years ago!
You need to hold the ruler still, then draw the line.
We are going to draw a
tangram.
What shape did we start off
with?
What shapes do we have
now inside the square?
Now that we have drawn
the tangram,we can cut out
the shapes.
We can put the shapes together in a different way to make a new shape.
