Click the new option to select the desire image and record you want to work on.

Now you can select the image and than click on open button to start filling up the records.

The image no, record no and today’s date are software generated. Hence if any of these doest not appear than the software will not save the data. This is the first tab option wherein the associate will enter the customer’s personal information.

This is the second tab option wherein the associate will enter all the information related to customer assets.

This is the third and the final tab wherein the associate will enter the customer’s official information.

This is the summary mode where you can edit, modify or delete the records.
