Philip was “Color-Blind”

• He is always serving in racially diverse situations• Acts 6; Hellenists (Greek-speaking Jews)• Acts 8:4-8; Samaritans– Lived to the North of Judea– Had Jewish roots– 700 years earlier Assyria settled many foreigners in the

same region. – They were a mixed group.

• Philip is not concerned about background: where you came from, who your parents are, what your skin color is.

• Am I willing to Do that?– What happens when I bump into someone that

doesn’t share my culture/customs?– Philip says people need the gospel and I will serve

anyone in anyway possible so that they can see Christ crucified
