This Manual is only an example for a few Car Electronic parts. There a many more vehicle applications that can be doneby TNM5000. ECU SL96- Internal EEPROM

Device Name: MCU\TI\ TMS374Points J1-J5 are connected to ISP Connector like this picture:

PCB route near J1 (yellow line) must be cut.TMS374 pins which marked by red dash, must be raised from PCB.Points marked with 1-9 (white numbers) must be wired to TNM ZIF socket like above picture. Also purple pin 48.In Some Models with ST27C256 ,connect points like picture bellow or remove chip from PCB first.

Device Name: MCU\ MOTOROLA\ MPC562-ExternalFlash or MPC562 -ExternalEEPROM4KPoints 1,3,5,6,7,10 (yellow circles) must be connected to ISP pins with same numbers.

You need TNM-Tricore Board for programming this ECU. Connect the board to ISP of TNM5000.

Device Name: MCU\INFINEON\ SAK-TC1796-ExternalFlashFrom ECU Connect L point (Green circle) and points IGN,CAN+, CAN- and GND to TNM tricore board.Use External Power for +12V and GND.

ECU SIM2K-341 GearBox Part (Hyundai-Kia 4-Cylinder)

You need TNM-Tricore Board for programming this ECU. Connect the board to ISP of TNM5000.

Device Name: MCU\INFINEON\ SIM2K341-TC1766Flash(GearBox)From ECU Connector , Connect points IGN,CAN+, CAN- and GND to TNM tricore board.Use External Power 12volt for +Bat and GND.

Please Connect 3 pieces of 470 ohm resistor like below picture.

ECU Delphi-MT60:

You need TNM-Tricore Board for programming this ECU. Connect the board to ISP of TNM5000.

Device Name: MCU\INFINEON\ Delphi-MT60-FlashFrom ECU Connector , Connect points IGN,CAN+, CAN- and GND to TNM tricore board.Use External Power 12volt .Raise pin 122 of the chip from the PCB. Solder a 100 OHM resistor on PCB like picture.

ECU Delphi-MT80:

Device Name: MCU\INFINEON\ Delphi-MT80-Flash, instruction is like MT60.

UPD78K0 Series Dashboard EEPROM Programming through M-BUS

Device Name: MCU\NEC\ UPD78K0-EEPROMTNM ISP Connections: Pin 6 ISP=MBUS Pin / Pin 10 ISP=GND . Dashboard Power Must Be On.MBUS Pin is located on one of Dashboard connector pins. Use below pictures for location of some M-BUS pin.After reading right click on Buffer. Select Calculator, click on formual list box, select Example NEC+93S56From the list. Type desired distance in KM in number box, then use formula to change buffer.

Rav4 AirBag (R5F61797) :

Use ISP cable. This chip has no read. You must load your own file and press program.No erase is needed.

ECU Bosch ME17:

You need TNM-Tricore Board for programming this ECU. Connect the board to ISP of TNM5000.

Device Name: MCU\INFINEON\ BoschME17_InternalFlash for internal flash and BoschME17_InternalEEPROM for 64KData flash.Pin 142 of chip must be connected to Ground with a 100ohm-1kohm resistorPin 141 of chip must be connected to VCC with a 100ohm-1kohm resistor

From ECU Connector , Connect pins 56,16 to 12v , pin 54 is Ground, Connect it to Power Supply and AlsoTo GND of TNM-Tricore Board. Pins 44 and 32 must be connected to CANH and CANL pins of TNM-Tricore Board.

Before each action (read – Program- erase) , ECU power Supply must be disconnected and after 5 Seconds,conect it again, then press Programmer read,erase,…
